Good location, small and cosy hotel with very helpful staff, nice view from the window

Very small room, old style bathroom, poor breakfast (there were baked beans and tomatos, someone asked for an egg, staff said "not today, tomorrow"), strange wardrobe :)

The room was spacious and clean. The street where the hotel is situated is quiet, there are a lot of bars and shops close to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful! Plaza de España is approximately 35 mins away, train station is approximately 25 mins away, which is rather convenient.

The breakfast was good, but was served in groups. We chose the second group. On the second day we had to wait in the queue and some of the foods/drinks were missing and not refilled. At about midnight we found out that we could hear tv in the next room very well. Luckily, it didn’t last that long.

The lobby area and breakfast area was a beautiful setting with patio spaces and beautiful plants all around. The staff were friendly and happy to help. The breakfast was good. The lobby was kept cool and was furnished with comfortable furniture and a table. The rooms were clean and the air conditioner worked well. The price was very good and the hotel was an easy walk to important places to visit. I will stay there again the next time I am in Seville.

I read one review where someone said that this place was like a luxury hotel and a budget price. I fully agree, I would add that this is a North American style hotel at a European hostel price which is very rare. What did I like? Pretty much everything! The staff are fantastic, our room was comfortable and clean. We had a heat pump which was lovely on these hot days. The solarium upstairs, with the small pool, also has a nice seating area and it was a great place to relax after a long day.

The hotel is about a kilometer walk from most things. We knew that going in, and you are paying a fairly discounted price for staying closer to the Santa Justa train station, which for us was intentional since we were taking day trips. Since the hotel is farther from the main attractions, you will need to use a bus or walk. Both are very nice and convenient options.

The hotel was clean, small but pleasant. The only problem is the surroundings; the streets around the hotel are dirty and neglected, and the plaza next to the hotel is also neglected and dirty. There should be an arrangement with the municipality to improve the surroundings so that tourists feel more comfortable walking around the hotel.

After our stay in a horrible hotel named AMAT in Barcelona, this hotel is really heaven for us. There is working air-conditioner and hot water shower. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is modern big and clean. We feel safe. Location is very convenient close to train station. Its worth the price. Very good.

The location of the hotel is perfect for discovering Sevilla. We've been to Sevilla before so we merely used the hotel as a stop on our way back home, but it's ideal for a short trip to the city. The breakfast is nice. It's done in turns so upon arrival you have to choose with time slot you prefer. However, the breakfast lady said my partner, who was still asleep when I went for food, could come down until 10am - very accommodating. There are loads of books in the brekkie area in case you need something to read. The room was spacious and the bed big. Nice touch: There was a makeup removal wipe in the bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was good, too, and the AC quiet. The rooftop area was chill, we were alone up there. The pool is an "urban pool" as shown on pics, so don't expect to swim laps in there. Free towels are at the guests' disposal. There's a baggage room which we made use of after check-out since our train only departed at night.

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself: There was construction work going on in the building next door which woke us up at 7am due to thin walls. Mere suggestions: - Swap the mattress or bed frame in the room as it was creaking a bit. - A (maybe full-body?) mirror in the room itself, not only in the bathroom. - A couple hooks on the wall to hang a purse or jacket outside the closet. - Install an automatic switch so the AC turns off when the window is openend. At least I think it didn't turn off when I opened the window to have a look outside.

We had a 4 night stay. The staff couldn't be more helpful in recommending days out and outlining best routes via maps. There were small discounts if you booked trips etc via hotel and they were all first class especially the tourist bus which we took for 2 days. Hotel is located on outskirts of santa cruz area and 20 minutes walk to main sites but excellent bars within 5/10 minutes Rooms were spacey and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. We had an early departure for airport and we're able to use facilities earlier than the norm. I would not hesitate to use this hotel for future visits

The access to rooms is very easy, the personal was ery calm and respectful. The location is near to the center, by walking you can pass through sevilla's barrios and feel the locals atmosphere with a high rate of safety.

The bad thing is that most of sevilla's businesses (bars, shops..) closes after 13h and some of them open after 20h but obviously it's very common in sevilla to close for the rest of the day especially the ones not existing really in the center of the old city (near to La Giralda).

The room was perfectly adequate space wise ,the room was clean the bathroom small but perfectly adequate.The staff were excellent ,very helpful with advise on what to do on a short stay like ours.I did use the parking facilities which required assistance when parking due to its tight entrance/exit.I have a medium sized car ,but was forewarned about parking difficulties . Walking into the centre is a good 30minute walk where there are plenty of bars and restaurants for all tastes Overall this was a value for money stay

The beds were basic and not too comfortable,the air on I could not get to work.However to be fair I did not enquire at reception about getting the air con to work for me,so my fault.
