I loved everything about this hotel. So comfortable, great roof top bar with pool. Delicious cuisine and warm, friendly staff that genuinely were happy to make your stay fabulous. And Ladies, leave your hairdresser's behind theirs are super powerful just like the professionals. The local is the local side of the river which was fabulous with only a short walk across the bridge to old town. Best hotel ever!!!

Absolutely NOTHING!!!

10/10 stay! Would book again! From the moment we checked in everything was smooth, room was clean, hotel was stunning. All staff were kind and polite, was very impressed with how accommodating everyone was and great English too. We went in the peak of summer so the pool was a great way to cool off- there are some rules around the pool and capacity but that is to be expected with a small pool and it was managed well. Don't miss out on the restaurant next door that has great food and value for money too!

Being really picky here- When switching bedside light off it turns both off so if one is sleeping and one person wants to read it won't work Edicate of some other guests- yelling, splashing, not following terrace rules

The hotel was super clean and the staff was excellent! A special shout-out to Antonio, Jose Manuel and Melissa! Great recommendations and just such nice welcoming people. The food in the Saona restaurant was excellent too! I loved the duck croquettes and the truffle caneloni.

The restaurant organize various private events, so it can get loud in the hotel. Also, I really didn’t appreciate the approach of their waitress who told me I cannot have dinner because they’re fully booked, while the restaurant was empty!!! (Bare in mind, I spent hundreds of Euros on the accommodation). Again, big thanks to Antonio for resolving it in 2 minutes!

On arrival to the hotel the.courtyard looked very welcoming and private. With the pergola plants and water feature. The decor flowed throughout the hotel .

This hotel has gone all out to make my stay a rememberable one. I booked It last minute for my 60th. Although starting this on my booking form, at no time throughout my stay was this acknowledged.most hotels would have made a little effort. Like a slice of cake with a sparkling candle to show gratitude for you choosing their hotel..but then this is Spain not Dubai. I did feel the staff could use some kind of incentive to keep them motivated and possibly some training on how to mix drinks. The food portions were very small also, so be prepared to order 3-4 courses especially if you're from the UK.

Very clean room, well located we did everything by walk, very nice shared area and nice breakfast

The beddings were not confortable at all. We asked for a double bed with my husband but got a twin bed. The room was very loud as located in front of a school (a lot of children screams from the morning to the evening) Shampoo, soap and toothpaste was of a very cheap quantity.

Breakfast choices weren’t great. Pool wasn’t open

This is a fantastic hotel. The room was clean and well equipped, and the bathroom was a great size. Breakfast is self service with cereals, bread rolls, meats, cheeses and lots of fruit, all fresh and lovely quality. The restaurant is great and the three course set meals are delicious and great value. The roof top bar is beautiful on a cool evening where you can pick up a breeze. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Food and drink has to be ordered by a QR code and I was unable to download a QR reader. It was hard to get hold of a paper menu. Most staff were helpful and understanding, one was less so. I think a few paper menus would be a helpful improvement.

The design in general is really welcoming. Beautiful lobby and breakfast/dining room. The terrace is huge with a nice view of the city and with a small pool. The rooms are new with a perfect bathroom. We really liked it. We recommend this hotel for the exceptional quality and value for money.

The sunbeds on the roof next to the pool are limited for around 14/15 people and for this reason, if the pool is busy, each room gets 1 hour of sunbeds and then you have to leave your place for other people. If you don’t have a sunbed, you can use the sofas of the rooftop bar.

Rooms were very clean, strong air conditioning, In a great area and walking accessible into the town

How the pool area was very small and you only get a hour slot at the pool (depending on how busy it was). This wasn’t indicated upon booking and wasn’t great for the days we wanted to relax at the pool. Food at the restaurant wasn’t great at all. Cold burger and freezing cold fries (leftover from the “starter” I got) for dinner and breakfast had very limited vegetarian/gluten free options also.and the value for money is terrible.

The pictures and description of the hotel don’t make it justice, it’s such a cool hotel! the location is great, near lots of bars and typical Spanish restaurants and the facilities are simply perfect. the rooms are fully equipped with everything you may need and the shower has amazing pressure. the pool in the roof is perfect to refresh and rest and the guy managing the pool capacity is super friendly and nice. The restaurant by the reception was a plus, great food right at our doorstep!

we booked a massage which the hotel facilitated with an external masseur and the lady wasn’t great at it, very soft. But this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, they made the arrangements and adapted to our timings.
