After a long journey from Boston we arrived at the hotel exhausted @ 09:15; and although check-in was not until 14:00, they allowed us to check-in early which was huge! The room refrigerator actually had some drinks and snacks, which we are not used too lol. The location is very convenient: not so close to attractions that there are hundreds of tourists around but an easy walk to anywhere. There is also a taxi stand and bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you were to take the bus from the airport, the stop is a 9 minute walk from the hotel. The bathroom had plenty of amenities; including robes and slippers, though we never used those. The rooftop pool was closed when were were there but the rooftop terrace was open and we went up there one night for some drinks and a nice view of the river the rest of Seville. The drinks are expensive by local standards and can't be charged to the room. Finally, the staff we interacted with all spoke English.

My girlfriend didn't think the AC was cold enough, though I thought it was fine. There is a dial thermostat in the room; we usually kept it @ 20C. I gave a slightly lower rating on overall value only because it was a holiday week and prices were higher than normal; though to be fair, $300 US dollars/night was not outrageous. We did not have breakfast included but did try it out our last day. It was expensive at 15 euros a piece and was a continental/Spanish style buffet. There were no eggs although there was some signage that stated they could be made upon request. I would suggest just getting breakfast at some of the local restaurants that are an easy walk from the hotel: including one right across the street.

Room was good with a lovely view over the river. Bathroom was great as well. The location is fantastic for the city centre - you are only a short walk away from the centre (10 mins) but far away enough for some peace. The pool bar on the 5th level was a superb place to have couple of early evening drinks with incredible view of the city & the river - just stunning!

This is only a small point & it won't stop me coming back BUT I think this is one of the first hotels (where you are paying over £200 per night) that I've ever have to pay for water in the room - I genuinely can't remember not getting complimentary water before in a hotel like this in UK, Europe, UAE, India or the USA.

We were able to book last minute and the staff were very accommodating! The hotel parking was full however the hotel had a partnership with a nearby car park and the rate for three days was the same as the hotel parking costs. The room was comfortable and the room-service food items were delicious! Great location and easily walkable to all the popular sightseeing spots.

The price per night was high I assume because it was a last minute booking and breakfast was not included. The breakfast cost is 15 euros per person and it felt quite overpriced for the run of the mill continental breakfast offering.

The hotel is located in the Triana district and was a really lovely surprise. The room was fabulous as we were upgraded to a river view with a balcony and it was huge with the most comfortable beds. It’s very easy to get to the centre of Seville either by regular bus or purchasing a hop on hop off bus, which we did. The breakfast was great and there are plenty of good restaurants very local to the hotel. This hotel was a great find and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to anyone and also returning if we come back to the gorgeous city of Seville.

Brilliant hotel with a buzzing rooftop bar - used by locals as well as guests - and fab location for walks along the river, local bars and restaurants all at just a ten-minute walk into the city centre. Our room was enormous, with a superb - and just as large terrace with views of the river to the major monuments of Seville.

For our purposes, the only thing that could have been better - unfortunately, at the design stage - would have been a slightly larger rooftop pool. Okay to cool off in but not really much more than a plunge pool. Not a major issue, just a 'could be better'.

Beautiful hotel from the outside and very impressive when you entered, very stylish with a moorish theme, loved the way the different floors were displayed , room was excellent, huge outdoor area in our room, very comfortable room, staff were so helpful, they could not do enough for us, top class hotel

Been to this hotel many times, always very clean, staff are very helpful and friendly.rooms comfortable and reasonable size.

Paid extra for a room with terrace, so not worth the money, terrace unusable thanks to horrendous noise from giant air con units from health club, and rooftop bar which are situated on 4th floor above rooms with terrace and river view.It was like being in an engine room on a huge ship from 7am until 11pm when they were turned off, not only terrace unusable but horrid noise in room also.staff were good and arranged for us to change rooms, but don't book a terrace room it is a complete rip off

This hotel was very nice. it was clean, the staff was very helpful and nice. the bar and pool was on an upper floor with a great view overlooking the river and city. the pool was very small with about 3 or 4 lounge chairs so do not get excited about that:-). The location is not bad but there is a river that separates it from the city center. you can walk across the bridge and go a few blocks to the next bridge to get to a nice food market with bars. if you cross back over that bridge there is a great area with restaurants shops and bars. The hop on-hop off bus stops right outside the hotel also. overall I was happy with it.

A little too far from city center for walking if you are older in age.

The staff was amazing and SO helpful. We were upgraded to a river view room, which was FABULOUS and we were SO appreciative of that upgrade. We ate at the buffet breakfasts in the morning and thought the food was great! The drinks on the rooftop bar were SO tasty and the servers were so friendly and GREAT!!!! We absolutely loved staying at this hotel and will highly recommend it to our friends!!!! Thank you VERY much!!!

Nothing, everything was GREAT

The location was excellent. We were in easy walking distance from most tourist attractions in Sevilla. There were good restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful. The view from the bar on the roof was very impressive. The place had a very friendly atmosphere.

Just that to order a taxi to take us to a wedding venue could not be done in advance. That is only for taxis to the airport. Fortunately, time is flexible in such cases.
