Sandra the receptionist /Manager? was fantastic as were all the staff including the cleaners. They couldn't do enough for you and Sandra's English was excellent. She and her lovely colleagues advised and helped with car hire and places to visit. I would say Sandra set the tone for the entire place the atmosphere was just right and little touches like the chocolates were great. She took a real interest in us as people with out being intrusive a true professional and a very warm person as were the entire team. I highly recommend blue windows thankyou for a wonderful stay

Nothing it was perfect

We booked this as a stop off, en route to our house in Extremadura. The hotel is very central with at least 10 bars and restaurants within 3 minutes walk. There is an underground car park next door which can be purchased at the hotel for 9 euros per day which was worth it, as due to the central location, there is not a lot of on street parking. Although there were some larger family cars in there, I was pleased we had only hired a little Fiat Panda! Also, to note that in the kitchette, the cutlery drawer is internal to a larger drawer under the cooker. Access to the road where the apartments are located (Calle Cereria & Calle Corre del Cristo) is restricted to access only in the evening, which could be a little daunting for someone who doesn't speak Spanish and can't read the signs. I would definitely book this again if we have to book a pm flight to Madrid, which means we land at 6-7pm in the evening as our trip to our house is about 3-4 hours.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and modern apartment. Great shower. Great location in the heart of the town and near to a great place for early breakfast. Also within walking distance of the bus station. Lovely garden/ patio area. Friendly, helpful staff.

The only tiny niggle is that the lighting was a little dull so a little tricky to work by.

Blue Windows is absolutely beautiful. So tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and in the best location. Sandra on reception was so kind and helpful too!

Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the property was excellent. Location was perfect. Hotel bar is modern and very relaxing and enjoyable to be in at any time of the day or night.

I cannot fault the property for any reason, it was a perfect and comfortable stay.

Management of aparthotel is horrible! We have no internet for 3 dayss and have to spent more money to buy add ons because all my data was sucked out in 1 hour.

The location was very central. Even though it was a street with many bars, I couldn't hear the noise from outside. The apartment was very cosy with pretty much everything you need. The staff was very friendly. All hygiene products provided.

In the kitchen there were no kitchen towels or a sharp knife.

The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff excellent.

The breakfast selection was restricted, however, it was very reasonably priced and perfectly adequate.

great location and spacious apartment

WiFi difficult to connect to and we were not given the code for apartamentos which was the strongest signal. The lighting was a bit low and the standard lamp stopped working.

The house has been renovated in a very tasteful way. The facilities are very good and the staff are very friendly
