Nice room. Spacious and comfortable. It is near the bus stop where you can get busses to all the towns and places at Vall D'Aran. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and I recommend getting a room with breakfast included. The SPA is great. I recommend getting a pack with SPA.
It is three block from the city centre. No air conditioning and we got the worst heat wave in Spain. They need to add a ventilator to the room.

The location, the facilities were clean and mostly worked well
The hot water stopped working the night after we finished a mountain race, so instead of a hot bath we had a cold bath… Some of the staff weren’t helpful when we asked questions about the food.
