The breakfast and dinners were outstanding. The room is spacious and practical. The view is amazing. The staff, including cleaning and serving staff were lovely. We hiked out the door into the mountains.

The hotel is located on the highway heading into Viehla, so a little noisy. Other than that, the views are stunning and it was lovely walking down the hill into town.

Lovely views and pool area. The room was comfortable and quiet. Overall the hotell was great and the service excellent.

It wasn't very clear when we booked our stay that it was a very difficult hike to Vielha town center. The main road is too busy and narrow so we had to hike up and down a very steep hill which we were not expecting reading the info. This walk is aprox 1,5 km to the town center or aprox 2km by car on the main road.

Panoramic views, especially from the dining room; well designed and comfortable seating areas. Ample breakfast, though not cheap, friendly staff.

Location in bend on main road several kilometres above the town means that you can't go anywhere on foot. Spa (including heated indoor swimming pool) was outrageously priced for hotel guests.

Great location! Quiet, even though close to a main road. Spectacular view on the valley below. Comfortable rooms. We had one with a balcony facing southwest. The lounge and restaurant above are wonderful. Also great views. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food and wines are good and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen, with free order of any eggs and other warm additions you like. In the general area, if you like mountains, there is much to do and see. Also close to France.

This was the second Paradores we visited in a week. Both had almost the same diner menu. So if you are traveling along many Paradores you may want a change somtimes. The town of Vielha has ample restaurants as alternatives.

The staff is polite, helpful beyond your needs and there's always a greeting for you. We didn't use the restaurant, but my daughter used the bar for a sandwich and it was great, a prelude what was to come in the morning, as breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel, no doubt. The variety, the quality and the hot breakfast at demand gave us all the strength we needed to enjoy Viella.

Old fashioned room and hotel, need renovation The floor is very noisy, you cant walk in the room without doing any noise, because of that you can also hear the neighbors walking. Zero water pressure in the shower No English channels on TV. All channels in Spanish. Not enough light in the room on night

First class breakfast and restaurant with spectacular views. Room was large and airy. Nice bathroom. The place has a very classy feel about it. It’s like something out of a James Bond film. The spa is exceptional too.

The room was comfort But only had one chair in it and no desk chair.

Location with a great view from the window in the morning, room was large and good. Breakfast was great and in an amazing view. Staff were friendly and professional. However poor maintenence we were stak in the elevtor one time and later on 3 elevators didn't work and we need to go each time by foot 3 floors including our suitcases for check out.

We had an amazing stay!! Wish we could have stayed longer. The spa was amazing and deffo worth a visit and the breakfasts were exceptional!

I would have liked a kettle in the bedroom to make a cup of tea!

On a hill on the outskirts, which means great views from the restaurant and bar area - nice in both summer and winter. Check-in was a slow process, but once in, the room was comfortable. Wooden floors so the do creak a bit. Restaurant had a good menu, if slightly overpriced, but well presented food. Service was very quick

Lifts were very slow to arrive once button was pressed
