Clean and well kept mountain-style hotel, with a nice, warm atmosphere right in the center of Viehla and next to the Nere creek. Friendly receptionist, good restaurant with a prompt service and some bars to enjoy a drink. The nearby parking, although public, is perfectly safe. A place to book again.

A pub around the corner with his live music until 11.00 pm was extremely annoying. Not the hotel's fault at all but the Town Hall's, which should not allow such events in the first place, if just next door to hotels with their guests.

Very well located nice hotel. Rooms are also good as well as breakfast. They sell bottles of water right at reception which was quite convenient.

In the morning it was impossible to sleep because you could hear doors opening and shutting from the whole hotel. Soundproofing definitely deserves to be better. Aslo parking which was advertised were busy (though public parking was really close)

Absolutely beautiful property and located in an ideal location. Free parking a stones throw away.

Our room was located right in front of a nightclub, which on the first night we didn’t mind as the noise stopped around 2am, but on the second night we both couldn’t sleep until 4/5am. So id recommend trying to ensure you have a room located to the front of the hotel!

Excellent location close to everything. Secure underground parking for motorcycles was a great benefit.

Dinner in the dining room was a bit noisy as there was a large noisy party in. Generally the dining room staff were very nice, but one person seemed rather unfriendly.

Late checkout is up to midday which is good and I asked if i could make it even later to get a morning's ski in. They couldn't accommodate me as my room was booked but they locked my packed bags away and then, when i returned from skiing, they let me have a showere in another room.

Nice hotel with modern decorations. Comfortable room. We had an air conditioned room which was great during our summer visit.

Restaurant - while the dinner set menu was a bargain, quality left much to be desired.

Excellent location, very central. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and free parking for motorcycles in a secure underground area was much appreciated.

Rooms were quite small and it was difficult to get ventilation. Breakfast was fine, but dinner, although good value, was disappointing, and the dining room was rather noisy on the night that we were eating there.

The hotel is easily reached from a large and free car park (You may park outside the hotel to load/unload). In the town centre and next to the river Nere you are minutes away from lovely walks in the mountain air. The hotel is clean, beds comfortable and staff efficient and friendly.

Location is amazing, room was as expected. Not overly special but it suited me perfectly.

A little noisy from surrounding rooms. But I was there during a French holiday so the town was packed.

Excellent central location with clean and simple rooms. Lovely breakfast appropriate for a family. Many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Sounds of the rushing river soothed everyone to sleep.
