The hotel is well located and modern. Clean room and bathroom. The the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Grazas!

Amazing!!! Reception staff was so nice and helpful, they gave lots of useful advice and helped in so many ways to make my stay in Vigo memorable. Location is close to the camino, but also close to the central bus station, and to the central shopping street, a shopping mall (Primark, Decathlon, Zara, Mango, C&A, Alcampo,....) as well as lots of restaurants, cafés and bars. I had a room on the 5th floor with a french balcony. The size was great, the large window front made the room even look bigger. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need - hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. There was also plenty of closet storage. Variius security cameras in all common areas of the hotel made me feel very secure. The elevator is quick and has a full-length mirror.

With 64€/night a bit pricey, but so worth it!

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with a particularly cozy bed. The shower in the bathroom stands out with a water pressure higher than most other hotels, making for a refreshing experience. The front desk staff are friendly and proactive, providing helpful information without needing to be asked. Overall, it adds a welcoming touch to the stay.

The hairdryer in the room was too old to be functional, but the front desk quickly provided an additional one upon request.

Ended up staying here 3 nights and had 2 in the small single room and 1 in the double because they had no avalibilty on the third night. The location is excellent near the train station, resturants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the shower is good, there's storage and a desk even in the small room. The staff, especially Laura (who was helping me with my Spanish were amazing and really accomodating. There's a lift. The desk is staffed 24hrs a day/night.

Stayed in September the solo room was quite hot as the only window opens to a sort of indoor area. No air con, but for 50 euros a night. Its not really expected. There's an annoying green light in every room which you can't turn off when you want to sleep.

Excellent location, only a few meters from the city's train and bus stations, as well as the city's main tourist attractions, everything by walking! The room is fantastic and extremely clean, with an exceptionally comfy bed and shower! The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, and the staff is really pleasant and helpful, always eager to assist and answer any questions you may have!

I have nothing to point out as negative. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel!

Very conveniently located in the center of the city! Helpful and kind staff; room had everything I needed

In a very bustling part of the city, so it was not very peaceful when getting there/leaving to wander around. At 74 euros/night (seems like it’s sometimes cheaper), it felt expensive for what I was getting, which was a pretty small room with a twin bed and only basic furnishings

Staff is very helpful. The location is very good, since it is less than 10 min walking to Urzaiz Station and on the border of the historical centre of Vigo. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, though not too spacious.

No complaints. I had no problems with anything in the hotel. Everything worked for me, since I was there just for resting one night after a transatlantic flight. But I cannot give an opinion if the hotel is a good place to spend the day. Entertainment options may be somewhat limited for those who appreciate stay considerable time in the hotel itself.

We were pilgrims walking the Camino and chose to stay here for a night instead of a pilgrim hostel . It was the same price as some of the hostels but we had our own room and private bathroom . The hotel is very central and quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. Very good vegetarian restaurant nearby . I would highly recommend . Curcuma is the name of the restaurant.

Everything was fine .

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Took our bikes to the garage. Kept our bags while we viewed the sites. Highly recommend.

The reception lady Laura was so friendly and generous. She recommended a nice restaurant and gave advice on transportation. I booked a small room for myself. It was small but enough for an individual and it was tidy. The hotel also took care of my luggage for free after I checked out, so I was able to walk around the city for a while.
