Secured a last-minute reservation at Alda Estación in Vigo, and I must say, it was a fantastic find! The pricing was very reasonable, and its location proved ideal for our itinerary. Communication with the hotel was prompt and efficient, check-in was smooth, and the staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness. The room? Precisely as expected, no surprises there. Now, let's discuss value for money—Alda Estación exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in more upscale accommodations that offered less comfort and charged a higher fee than Alda Estación. We opted for the breakfast package, and it was a wise choice. Simple, yet remarkably fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a delightful experience that surpassed my expectations. Alda Estación, you have my recommendation!

While aiming for an afternoon siesta, caught some construction buzz either from the neighbouring block or down below. I believe this was a one-shot deal and not a regular jam, so I won't sweat it in the long haul.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alda Estación. The location is great, close to everything you might possibly need. The room was comfortable and clean. We were provided with everything we needed. Also, the staff were really lovely.

As the walls are quite thin, at night it can get a bit noisy, but nothing too bad. It just depends on the other guests (we had a neighbor who happened to yell for about 20 minutes in the middle of the night one night, but that was not the hotel's fault, just some people lacking a proper education).

I dont know how this lil gem of a hotel is only rated 1star!! The room was clean and fresh, and the bathroom was too! Even though we were only here for 2 nights, I would definitely stay for a week here, the younger guy at reception was like our own tour guide he gave us maps circled off what he recommended for our first day and also recommended our second day tours, you have everything on your doorstep and the port and beach are not fat away either, I had an amazing stay and will be bringing my teenage son here with me in the summer

There wasn't anything not to like I couldn't comment on the breakfast because we had a great suggestion for a place to eat near by

The location is exceptional next to a lot of the nightlife area and the bars, center, port area. The staff was amazing and the receptionist Borja in the lobby was very attentive and helpful. He assisted with transportation and even helped me find a lost item and sent it back to my home. I was very impressed even though I was skeptical after reading a few of the bad reviews and yes, the streets nearby are a bit noisy, but that is because it's in the center near an active, young area. Amazing stay. Thank you so much Borja!

Firstly the cleanliness of this hotel was immaculate, you can tell the workers and the owner take pride in this establishment. It should really be listed as a 4 star. Breakfast was definitely value for money and the receptionist ( Borja ) was excellent, very attentive and knowledgeable in giving advice on what to do in Vigo

Nothing, everything thing was perfect

Superb location, comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast for 5€. The train that brought me to Vigo was late, and the manager, Carmen, was so nice to wait for me as the reception desk was already closed at that time on a Saturday night. Overall experience was great!

Great experience, lovely staff.

The only thing I believe it need to be improved is the shower conditions. In my room the shower was kinda broken, only 4 holes from its head were working properly, what gave me the option of showering with a lot of pressure but few water or only to take a bath.

the hotel truly deserves more than 1 star (I’ve been in 3 star hotels that were way worse!) everything was very clean, the staff was amazing and the location was great. the 5€ breakfast was also great with bread, fruits, coffee, juices, etc would definitely stay here again!

wi-fi wasn’t working

We arrived late when there was no staff in the hotel but they had already contacted us and explained in detail how to reach the room, which we valued a lot. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

We only missed having one more socket in the room, but otherwise all was fine.

Room was spacious and clean. The lobby was attractive and the breakfast (for 5 euros) was ample and convenient. Hotel is located just a few steps from the train station.

The street was quite noisy with traffic and the location of the hotel was a long walk (uphill) to the old town and park as well as the bus station.
