This hotel is beautiful and the hosts were exceptional, so helpful, and friendly. Clean tidy room with a comfortable bed.

The walk up to the hotel is a killer! so people with reduced mobility I wouldn´t recomend. But on the last day we did find steps down to the public free car park which did make the walk a lot quicker (would be the last day!) But the position does make the surroundings beautiful. And you can drive up to drop off your suitcases.

This is a real gem! The building is beautiful and its location perfect. The hosts are such a great helpful people. The view from my room was stunning, I could admire the sunrise each morning. Lovely restaurants near by, all the main historic buildings and Museum of Contemporary Art (a must visit) are just round the corner!

A bit more toiletries choice would be nice (there is only all in one gel), also a kettle would be so helpful! :)

The location was perfect, right below the castle and next to very good restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. The hotel was immaculate and the staff very helpful. They even brought breakfast to our room the evening before as we had an early start the next day.

Perhaps an English speaking receptionist would have helped but the staff were very attentive.

Superb central location in a fascinating hilltop town. Fantastic views. Excellent room: far better than 2* suggests. Good simple breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff , who even got my parking ticket cancelled. Great value for money.

Located within the area for locals only parking. You can drive up to unload and reload luggage, but not for longer as we discovered, but the hosts sorted that too!

A beautiful Spanish hotel in the heart of Vilafames. We were offered a choice of rooms. Both were lovely. The host was extremely friendly & accomodating. Breakfast was delicious. Could not find fault with anything.

A friendly welcome and lovely room, comfortable bed and great bathroom. Combination of traditional and modern, all in excellent condition. It's a lovely hotel built into the rock in a stunning ancient town.

Nothing - everything was perfect from the first until the last day. Recommending for everyone as a starting point for cycling trips around the area

The hotel is in a very special village, built on top of a rocky hill and the hotel itself has some walls made of natural rock. This gives the hotel a unique charme that you will not find elsewhere. The rooms are wide and nicely decorated. Ours had also a balcony.

The property seems managed by a family, so do not expect world class service or a super buffet breakfast. If you reach the village by car, be aware of the lack of parking close to the hotel. Moreover, the streets are narrow and steep, detail to be considered if you travel with senior people or children in a stroller

This is a fabulous historic property with a surprise the decoration is within keeping of the building but is also very modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for visiting the many historic buildings. The staff were very helpful and informative. The breakfast was prepared freshly and the service was good

The stairs and hallways were very dark and it was difficult to find the switches to turn the lights on .

The hotel was perfectly situated for visiting all sites in Vilafames. The facilities in the hotel were excellent.
