Everything. Excellent quality of facility, food, comfort, staff and value. Highly recommended because we were really pleasantly surprised.

I received too many emails with promos but few helped me use their Spa facility which is also excellent .

We were really impressed with this hotel. The staff are excellent and the facilities are extremely clean. We loved the pool and the gym is very well equipped. You do pay extra to use the spa but it was worth it. On one day it rained in the morning but there is a lovely terrace where we sat undercover. The breakfast was excellent and there was an extensive choice. We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights which was very good. There is a gorgeous little beach a short drive away with stunning views from a footpath through the woods, which we loved and had a great bar/restaurant.

Spa costs extra and is not really mentioned specifically/ obviously anywhere before the booking, also the Spa did not fulfill our expectations The fossets in the rooms were really difficult to adjust for temperature, never seen such inconvenient fossets in my life Only decaf coffee capsules in the rooms (we didn't ask for other capsules though)

ARTIEM Asturias is a 'hidden gem' - lovely situated in a quite zone but beaches, Gijon and other great cities are easily reached. This hotel turned out to be a great and relaxing 'starting point' for our daily adventures. Personnel is really kind and nice and provides great ideas to spend the day in the region - swimming pool is perfect for warm days. Breakfast and dinner are great - we're both vegetarians but had enough to chose from. All in all we really enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel

Lovely hotel. Near Playa de la Nora and close to Gijon. Exceeded our expectations and just what we needed towards the end of our trip. Clean comfortable rooms, big spacious gym, restaurant was delicious. Staff are warm & welcoming. Wish we stayed longer.

Just one thing. Smell of manure on Day 1 was unbearable. Not in the room but in the corridor at times and outside the hotel entrance.

Everything. Exceptional service from lovely staff, amazing food both for breakfast and dinner, room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Simply the nicest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Highly recommended.

Flexibility and kindness of the staff; when we checked in, we had a room with very small windows (view on the roof of the hotel). They changed the room towards another with large windows & view on the pool without any hassle. On top of this, facilities are modern, spacy and foreseen of all necessary features. Restaurant with nice terrace with view on the garden.

Size of the hotel, staff super friendly and helpful, clean, comfy. Great facilities including spa, padel, swimming pool and wellness. A bit short in staff, despite that, every single staff member was above and beyond friendly, supportive, helpful and welcoming. Definitely a great choice!!

Restaurant menu is a bit limited. More variety especially including local dishes (cachopo, fabes, etc) would be a plus. A bit overpriced given there is no beach on a walkable distance.

Incredible hotel with a great breakfast and perfectly equipped and comfortable rooms.

The fact that the entire spa is only available for additional payment is not ok. It is understandable for special spa services but, at least, the interior pool should be free access to hotel guests (or at least a normal price, not a premium price of 30 eur per hour).

I loved the room and the food even thought arrived late, it was amazing. We order the food to be delivered at 9 and we chased them up at 9:30. The food eventually arrived at 10. We received and apology and we were not charged for it, which really surprised us.

There is nothing I did not like.
