What an amazing place and right in the historic quarter of of town, alongside the Camino del Norte. Wow, if this is a 2-star establishment, I am curios to see what 5-star accommodation looks like in Spain. My room was very spacious and nicely furnished with antique furniture. I even had a little balcony, overlooking the old part of town. The bathroom was very modern, including a shower tower with jet nozzles for a whole bodyspray experience. The staff in the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended! I defintely would stay here again.

Charming, imposing and slightly old-world hotel in prominent location in old town with relaxing terrace under parasols on quiet street out front. There is coffee shop downstairs where I had breakfast. Location is convenient to Camino. Bathroom was clean, modern and well equipped. Bedroom was good size with windows onto quiet street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Street terrace seemed to close early. I could happily have lingered there all evening.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was good.

The noise from outside at night. Drunk people until 6:30 am, followed by loud garbage trucks followed by one of the drunk idiots shooting a BB gun and screaming Viva España! No sound proof on the windows. Can’t believe the amount of noise outside for such a small town.

Great location, along CdN, as everyone said. Awesome rooms and good views. Plenty of room to hang a few items and Maria was great! DONT MISS pizza Akragas right around the corner if you want awesome pie for cheap. Anchova was bomb! All other cafes and markets, close by.

We're on the Camino del Norte and the walk goes right past so location 100%... When we arrived well before our check in time the receptionist didn't hesitate and got us our room straight away, no questions asked. Room was nice, bed comfy, no complaints!!!

Lovely iconic hotel in centre of town. Comfortable with good bathroom. Welcoming staff and helpful suggestions. Good stop over on camino hike.

Breakfast is not served until 8:30 and is minimal in terms of choice. Would go elsewhere for that.

Gorgeous building. Amazing shower in the brand new Bathroom. Very large room with antiques and a balcony Very professional and nice managers. Would stay again!

I didn't mind that there wasn't an elevator but some people might mind this.

Perfect location in a beautiful building at a great price. We wanted a double bed, vs 2 twins, and those rooms were already taken so the hospitalera put us in a triple room at no extra cost. I thought that was very thoughtful.

Comfortable hotel located in a great old building and fill with personal touches. There was one piece of furniture that I wanted to take home. Excellent location. The cafe downstairs offers a good selection for breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Location was fabulous. I know the area, so have always used the cafe for snacks and a lovely glass of wine. Wifi was good. Rooms were comfortable and traditional. Views across the rooftops of Villaviciosa. There is the odd noise from the street, and you have to work a little with the parking, but we were fine (you can pay for parking here), its lovely to be near the centre of town and walk to everywhere. Good location for restaurants and bars. Very helpful hosts. Wifi is good.

Very minor note. We had a squeaky headboard on the bed.
