Easy to find and only 10 minutes walk from the train station, and 15-20 minutes walk from central Zamora. Lovely well-presented room with everything I could have needed (shower stuff, toothbrush etc.) Air-conditioning worked great even in the warmth of early September, and the curtains blocked the light and heat really well too, making the room a cool, comfortable retreat in the afternoon. I was in-and-out a lot and there was always a friendly face saying "Hola!" behind the desk which I found so welcoming as I was travelling alone. All the staff I interacted with spoke English and were really helpful when I had questions about the city.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the reception welcomes the guests with free coffee, water, and snacks, very kind and makes the guests feel really special. The room is normal size, and the bathroom also, the bed are very comfortable. Not within walking distance of the old city, but we were traveling by car so no issue. Very nice small bars and coffee shops exactly opposite, with very good menus and low prices

Breakfast was good. There could have been a bigger selection of fruit. The staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was just a nice distance from the city centre.

Maybe a better selection of breads, pastries and fruit for breakfast. It would have been nice to have had a cafe or bar in the hotel.

All the staff were very helpful on arrival. Car parking below hotel reserved as requested and easily accessible after check-in. Our room was a good size and had complementary water as well as tea and coffee available in the room. Plenty of really hot water in high pressure shower/bath. Very nice coffee available for breakfast in little cafe directly opposite.

I wasn't comfortable with the bathroom's glass door. There was a gap between the edge of the door and the door frame. If did not provide complete privacy and made me feel uncomfortable using the restroom.

Comfortable room and beds. Good selection of items at breakfast in a large bright room. Underground garage parking at 12 euros/night. Front desk staff helpful.

About 15 minute by foot to the old city and its sights.

Short walk from railway station and map provided by helpful reception staff who pointed out best route, distances and things to see in town. Room was great especially bathroom size. Excellent breakfast too!

The receptionists were really nice, the beds gorgeous and the breakfast wonderful. Very easy to park the car and at a good price. Very good location for going walking to the city center.

The room itself was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was nice having a bath in the bathroom. The workspace downstairs was also very light and spacious making it easy to work during the stay.

The hallways were very dark, it created a strange atmosphere as you go to your room. Also the bathroom door was weird, it's a glass door that doesn't fit the frame so you don't feel like you have much privacy.

good position, good car parking, good breakfast. Modern bathroom.

no safeguards on windows, children could easily fall out from a height of looking out standing on a chair. very dangerous. No trolleys for luggage.
