The building, particularly the interior patio is very pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great at the edge of the old town and overlooking the river. Free street parking in tront of the hotel. Very walkable city both the old town and the river. Breakfast is very good

Fantastic, knowledgeable staff, beautiful old building, very central for the historic Zamora, rooms were nice with comfortable beds and good a/c. Good for a 3 stars hotel. Reasonable priced

Breakfast was acceptable but I would have like better quality on the products. Tortilla was good but everything else was ok. Disappointed with the pastries, factory bought and not particularly nice. Coffee again ok but I would have liked better quality. Our room was on the top of the hotel so 2 sets of stairs. Again ok but might be a problem for some people.

the receptionist RAQUEL was amazing. informative,interesting and so helpful.she guided us on the phone to find the hotel.told us where to eat etc.she couldnt have been more helpful.a lovely young woman.

I had read a few mixed reviews, but I wanted to stay in a historical hotel, so I hoped for the best, and I was very pleased. My expectations were exceeded! Lovely peaceful courtyard, very nice staff, relaxed atmosphere, my room was a bit small but more than adequate, the spa tub didn't work but I prefer the hand shower anyway, a small window that got morning sun but good air conditioning, and, most important, it was quiet. Plus the location near the river is perfect for those who like to run or walk for exercise.

The wifi was not very reliable, and I had to ask for help to connect for the first time. Otherwise, good!

Wonderful location near River Duero, convenient to all sorts of sights, lovely historic hotel, very good breakfast 8.50 euros in the hotel

Nothing to complain about , maybe just note no elevator so a consideration for some travelers

This is a lovely historic building in a great location close to the sights and main facilities. Pet friendly. There is parking nearby. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Raquel who told us about the history of the building and offered us a choice of rooms when we arrived with two dogs not on the booking. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast in a beautiful room with excellent service. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

It was amazing, the staff were very helpful and extremely nice, even when busy. They told me lots of info about the city and called the bus station for me. The hotel itself is super interesting with s cool history. The location is super nice, very close to the river and the tourist office. The beds were very nice and they gave me the least hot room in the hotel. I really liked it there, and would have loved to spend more time there.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, the days I was there it was rather hot, but they gave me an air-conditioning unit and it was fine.

The location was superb, with the river across the road and the historic buildings all close by. We love the ambience community vibe and the medieval festival that was taking place in town. Our whole stay was amazing! Totally loved Zamora.

This was a real gem of a hotel. It is located on the edge of the Old Town within sight of the bridge. It is an old converted building with loads of old world charm and many traditional Spanish features - including an internal courtyard. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were lovely and looked after us well.
