Ignore all negative reviews about Supun. This is a 2-3 star apartment, not a five star hotel. For the price the standard is excellent. I found Supun to be clean, the staff very friendly, polite and helpful. My apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean (every day), and very comfortable. Thank you to the housekeeping staff! Food around the Wellawatte area is brilliant and a fraction what you will pay in the pricey malls uptown. Great for business travellers, couples and family’s.

Nothing If I could suggest one thing it would be to have a microwave oven in the kitchen to reheat food purchased outside. Small thing and it didn’t affect my stay at Supun at all.

Stayed here with 13 other friends, renting 3 apartments. Very good for a large group. The apartments were very spacious. The pool area very nice but could use some parasols as it gets really hot with the sun. Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs. Would recommend for large groups.

Just a few minor mishaps. One of the freezers had spilt water in front of it but it was swiftly cleaned up on demand. One of the apartments did not ave the water dispensers as the other two, but despite requesting it, it never arrived. For us not an issue as we had two other apartments to get water from but it should have been dealt with. Breakfast had limited options.

The apartment was very open and airy, although facing the road was noisy. The location is actually great, less commercial area, so a lot of food, supermarket options were all in walking distance. The pool was very nice, wish we spent more time there. The staff at the reception were available, prompt and very friendly. Being on Galle road made it easy to just grab a tuk from or walk around in.

The master bedroom facing the road was very noisy, so we had to use the other bedroom, which meant we could not access both the bathrooms, as mentioned on the logistics. The kitchen tap was leaking, there was nothing to wash dishes with (it didn't make sense for us to buy dishwasher for a 2 night stay). The wi-fi kept on not working from time to time, and was very slow overall.

I booked three bedroom apartment and stayed here for 4 days with my family for holiday. The best place I have ever stayed in Sri Lanka. The apartment was superb. The service all over was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to help. Absolutely excellent staff. It takes only 1-5 minutes to get help / assistance when you call the reception. Supun Staff made our holiday very special. I really mean it because those 4 days staff were extremely helpful even with booking transport and food orders. Breakfast (buffet) was simple and nice. Well maintained rooftop swimming pool & restaurant. Location was good with all amenities. I will definitely book Supun Arcade Residency next time when visiting Sri Lanka.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Supun Arcade Residency, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, the staff, particularly Rajindra, made us feel incredibly welcome. Rajindra's warm and friendly demeanor was consistent throughout our stay. His genuine smile and enthusiastic greetings whenever we crossed paths added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. It's evident that he takes great pride in his role as a staff member, going above and beyond to ensure guests are well taken care of.

The apartment was very large, clean, and the pool is very nice. Reception is always open and staff is friendly and helpful.

The place is a bit far from the Fort Train Station and the area with things to see, about 15 min by tuk tuk. The restaurant was not great, they add 30% to the bill in form of VAT and service tax, which was a bit annoying, and we did not like the food, so we ate in Culture Colombo, which is about 12 minutes away walking, a really nice restaurant.

the rooms are spacious, there are balconies with a nice view, it's well equipped, there is AC. the breakfast is great with a beautiful view

I booked the place for my bf's birthday and I've chosen this place cause of the offer of early check in and late check out, they couldn't offer us none of them we checked in at 2 and next day they wanted us out by 12 saying that they didn't have availability even though I texted several times before requesting earlier check in and no one could say anything specific until the morning of the check in when they said to check in only after 1 The rooftop restaurant is including 10% charge and 15% VAT which is ridiculous because no other place charges VAT on top of the price it's Sri Lanka not USA. there is no liquor either so you bring yours and then they try to sell you all the Alf drinks they have just to ale your bill higher

Staff, location and space. Staff are very friendly and go over and above to assist. The location was great for our purposes, right on Galle Road. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious for our group. We have always stayed at Supun during our visits to Colombo.

Some bathrooms are outdated and need to be upgraded. Would also be good to treat the rooms for pests.

Supun is centrally located and has spacious and comfortable apartments. Rooftop swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We couldn't get a second key card for the room. They need to stock up on extra key cards. Previously there used to be a water dispensing machine but it has been removed now. Cafe/restaurant is a bit on the expensive side. There was intermittent disconnection of wifi service.

The location is ideal - great public transport few meters away, shopping and good restaurants all within walking distance. Small but clean pool with towels, showering and changing facilities.

We only had access to one toilet & shower within the apartment due to water leakage that took almost a day to get fixed. However, it was a minor inconvenience rather than a problem :-)
