VIVAS Residencies served as an ideal accommodation for our family during our visit to Sri Lanka. It was clean, spacious, with a balcony. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Its in a convenient location with two supermarkets at close proximity.Internet connection was very fast. It was a good choice for this price for us. We will definitely be staying at Vivas once we are back in Colombo.

My wife and I were in Sri Lanka for business and leisure and hence saved a lot on food since we did our own cooking at the apartment's well equipped kitchen. The staff were phenomenal in helping us find places to visit in colombo and attending to our needs. Peaceful area. You could sunbathe on the rooftop as well. The beach is quite close to the property which is a plus. I would certainly recommend vivas. Will be back once we are in Colombo again.

The weather was slightly less sunny when we got here. Beach close by was a bit crowded although that depends on the time of day.

Bright spacious apartment with large windows and balconies attached to the rooms and the kitchen as well, comfortable bed. Also guests have access to the rooftop, so you can go up there and chill whenever you want, nobody bugs you. Prasanna was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure we left the place safe and sound by addressing an issue we had with a taxi driver and the airport drop. We are definitely going to stay here again if we go to Colombo.

Lighting in the room was rather dim and made it difficult to navigate the room after sunset

Best apartment in the city , easy access to marine drive and nearby lot restaurants and malls .feel comfortable like a home stay .

The owner of the apartment, Prasanna and Pasindu, gave us the best accommodation on our Lanka trip. The family is as hospitable as anyone can be. They welcomed us with warm smiles and went out of the way to provide excellent service. We were contacted well in advance and given a superb apartment, which comprises all that we expected. It contains a spacious living room, kitchen with amenities, and washing machine. Bedroom was spacious. We felt like home away from home. WiFi was very strong and speedy. The location of Vivas Residencies makes it easy for transportation across different parts of Colombo. On request, they provided breakfast to the room, which was very good.  The hospitality we received was similar to a star-class hotel.  It's one place we would not hesitate to recommend to someone else. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs as a short stop over accommodation for our family of 4 in Colombo before moving onto the rest of Sri Lanka. Pasindu was the perfect host and a true gentleman! The apartment had a nice balcony overlooking the street and while we were there we saw a beautiful religious ceremony and parade passing by in the street below. The apartments are well location, close to shops and a few restaurants. You can easily get a tuc tuc to the city from there. Internet was also good.

We were looked after from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for this lovely family run business. Pasindu was amazing and became more of a friend than a host from organising food, tuk tuks and recommending local places of interest to helping to track down my lost bag relentlessly calling the airport tracking my bag until it eventually arrived. The warmest welcome anybody could wish for in Sri Lanka in a beautiful clean spacious apartment..

I find it hard to find fault, maybe the wifi could be better but other than that nothing.

Service at Vivas residencies was incredible. Prassana and his son were extremely accommodating and helped me out with various issues such as printing out covid test results and even helping getting back my lost credit card. All the appliances worked great, and made us feel at home. I stayed at various locations in Colombo and I would say this is your best bet!

Mr. Prasanna along with his sons and wife made our stay in Viva Residencies the best accommodation in our Lanka trip. The family is as hospitable anyone can be. They welcomed with warm smiles and took care of our needs. Anytime we needed help they were ready. They go out of way to provide excellent service. Before we checked in got a call and text from Mr. Prasanna regarding our check in time and date. They accommodated early check in and as well as late check out. Provided with an exquisite room which accommodates everything. The room contains a spacious living room, kitchen with amenities, laundry facilities and a big bedroom. It felt like home away from home. The location Vivas is situated makes it easy for transportation across different parts of Colombo city. On request they provided with a breakfast to the room, which was more than enough for us, with variation daily. They were attentive and reviewed with us for changes. But food was as good as any restaurant and we didn’t have to worry about what to have in the early morning. We stayed for 4 nights and the service and hospitality we received was same as a 5 star hotel. Mr. Prasanna went out of his way and went with us around Colombo in search of something we needed.
