Even though the restaurant food was absolutely amazing & we were the only guests eating there, it was 1 hour to get our food.

Hotel is definitely above the rate compare to other facilities in the area. We ordered dinner from 'a la carte menu' and food was really good. We also enjoyed morning breakfast (was not buffet on that day). Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. It was value for money.

Some facilities of the hotel needs some refurbished.

Exceptional Staff. Manager Dilran, Receptionist Raveesha, Indika Restaurant Supervisor and other support staff including the tea-making restaurant staff worker Fonseka were great. They were warm, welcoming and friendly.

Value for money I had stayed different hotels this Katharagama area before. Compare to them, This hotel is nicer one. Breakfast : A good one comparing to the price We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed it.

Room facilities (Ex towels, ..) can be improved.

The food and the kitchen staffs are amazing And the food tasty and representing the dishorgin was perfect - just maintain same food quality and need to add more dishes

Staff, location, service and food... highly commendable. I must say that the staff goes out of their way to help the guests, very accommodative and empathetic. Pool is not that deep but ideal for a swim and relaxing after a tiring day. Food is exceptional and filling. In case if you are planning to visit yala, can request for some breakfast on the go. Hotel can help you to find a safari jeep. Close proximity to Kadirgamam Kovil (Kataragama). Just 38km from mattala highway exit.

The Hotel manager Mr Anura was very helpful and pleasant all throughout the stay, always checking with the guests if they are comfortable and need anything. the rooms are clean so are the bathrooms. overall expectation were met for the stay. the hotel is located conveniently few minutes drive from the kataragama dewalaya. ample parking and safe.

Food could improve little bit more but im not complaining its a suggestion...
