The room was really nice quite big lovely balcony great bathroom amazing shower and super AC.

I stayed 4 nights anly the final morning was there a buffet for breakfast wasn’t impressed with breakfast anyway and if you want a speciality coffee they make you pay this is not included with the breakfast considering what the breakfast is I thought this was really mean. They have plastic covers underneath the bedsheets the sheet literally slid off the bed every night this was very uncomfortable.

Located just next to the sunset spot. It has everything you need: pool, restaurant, outside activities. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable.

The quality of the coffee should improve.

The staff is very professional, and friendly. The hotel has amazing facility design - they have internal charging socket, and provided mosquitos plug-in repellent in the room. The room is very clean with a king size bed (probably bigger then King size) :) The swimming pool is very good too!

Dinner isn’t good, despite being a lot more expensive than outside. They probably served micro waves food. The spring roll I had was even cold. Breakfast on the other hand is a lot better!

The property was lovely. Very clean, good location, close to town but away from hustle and bustle. We walked approx 5 mins into town but lots of tuk tuks around if you don’t fancy the walk. The thing that really makes this place is the staff- consistently helpful and thoughtful, especially the reception staff . We stayed in the spicy suite which was absolutely beautiful. The pool area had a lovely mix of shade and sun all day long, and was perfect to cool off. We also had dinner in the restaurant and room service and had a great meal each time. Laundry service cost very reasonable compared to costs elsewhere in world. We love boutique style hotels rather than huge resorts as service is much more personalised, so would recommended to holidaymakers with similar tastes.

Breakfast buffet was limited, though staff were also very helpful and keen to assist.

The hotel was beautiful. We got a free upgrade to the Sugar Suite which was amazing - hot tub in the bathroom, lots of space in the bedroom, separate walk in wardrobe area and small living room. The rooms were very clean and house keeping came daily. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English. They helped with our baggage and gave us suggestions on where to go. Breakfast was good, buffet style with both Sri Lankan and Western options.

The swimming pool was in the shade, so we couldn’t sun bathe there.

Beautiful clean modern hotel. Excellent pool area, many sun beds, peaceful and tranquil. Staff are very friendly and smiley, we felt very welcome. Comfy bed, amazing air con and WiFi. Perfect get away from the main hustle and bustle.

Food was slightly more expensive than other restaurants/hotels in Mirissa. Bar staff could of been a little bit more attentive around the pool. We found ourselves contastly having to get up to order. Location is around 20 minute walk to Mirissa beach along a busy road.

We stayed in a super deluxe room with a balcony. The room was spacious, with a bath and shower. You could see coconut hill and the sea from the balcony. Coconut Hill is literally just across the road, so good if you are after that famous photograph. The staff were very accommodating and made our anniversary extra special. It is easy to go from beach town to beach town as it is all along one road, so easy to get around by bus or tuk tuk.

It was a 10/15 walk to the main beach area and at night the road is poorly lit, so would advise getting a tuk tuk. A journey should cost no more than 300-500 rps in a tuk tuk. One night we ran out of hot water for a shower.

Very modern hotel that is nicely furnished with a touch of luxury. The staff couldn't do more for us, they were incredibly polite and helpful. The pool has areas of shade and sun. The breakfast was delicious. The beds are super comfy. Location was very good and the views were lovely.

The bathroom smelt horrible on arrival, someone came and cleaned it quickly but it never quite removed the background smell.

This hotel was great and the staff were super friendly. Upon arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded to the spice suite which was a lovely surprise. Room was spacious, super clean and the views from the balcony are great. The food in the restaurant is really nice and the breakfast has a good selection. The location of the hotel is spot on as its just a short walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants, you do however have to walk along a road as there's no path.
