The breakfast was very diverse with a high quality of the products where there was something for everybody. They also had complementary fruits and warm drinks with the option to warm ones own food if needed which was very useful. The bathroom was extremely comfortable with heated floor and modern interior.

The room in general could have been warmer tho where the heater was turned off even tho it was in the middle of winter when we visited.

The location is hard to beat. Right in the middle of the town and in walking distance to any touristic place in Falun. Great breakfast buffet, full of options for all allergies. The personnel very helpful.

There seems to be an issue in with the electricity in the rooms. In one of the rooms we booked, nothing besides the entrance light was working. In another room, only one side lamp was working.

I need to highlight the reception service is excellent. Very polite and attentive. The breakfast is good. The bed is comfortable.

I did not evaluate the accommodation as excellent, as the water from the shower leaks and wets the bathroom floor. The fruits at breakfast are not fresh. There is no hairdryer.

A friendly hotel in the middle of Falun, just a short walk from the train and bus station. The room was large and clean, and the bed and duvet were super comfortable. The breakfast had a big selection and was in a large, elegant room with a high ceiling. There's also free coffee and tea in the lobby at all times. The staff was also very helpful and accomodating. A great choice!

Excellent location, good facilities and friendly staffs. The breakfast was also excellent.

I would have liked them to make the bed and clean the room when you are staying more than one night. They don’t need to change bedding or towels . Car park should be free

The staff at First Hotel Grand Falun are exceptional and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and would go out of their way to help with any and all requests. The breakfast buffet was excellent and again the staff during service were helpful and friendly.

Very convenient location for us, could hardly be better :) Room was cozy and big enough, everything very clean. Lady at the reception was very welcoming and friendly.

Beds were little bit too soft for us, not big issue for one night stay :)

Facility was great with the superior family rooms, where you could drive up and park right outside. Good space upstairs with the table tennis for the kids while finishing dinner downstairs.

Breakfast could improve. Very cramped where the coffee machine is towards the dining hall. Cooked food not great.

Location - close to rail station, ships, restaurants. Friendly staff at reception. Room was comfortable, clean. WiFi worked well. Was offered a takeaway breakfast as left before dining room opened. Takeaway coffee at reception..

Shower flooded bathroom floor. Hallways a little dark and gloomy..

Very nice hotel in Falun city center. It has own parking, gym and amazing atrium space where breakfast is. I will for sure come back to this hotel next time I am in Falun. I enjoyed the stay very much!
