I arrived after a concert, reception was unmanned with a sign "be right back", in less than a minute I was taken care of. Got my key card, info about wifi, the "ancient elevator". Also the receptinist mentioned to me kitchen was still open for awhile, so, I had one of the best steaks EVER! The bed in room 318 was so so comfortable I simply had one of the best sleeps in a hotel, oh and also I love the grey chair it had perfect lumbar support! But none of this would matter if the staff were shite, the staff from the vault hotel are first class!

I didn't like that I only stayed 1 night. Next time hopefully longer stay.

This is a jewel of a hotel within walking distance from the train station and ferry port in Helsingborg. It is dramatically situated just at the base of the hill and beautifully lit at night time. The rooms have a 1920s feel and are very chic, and the bathroom (shower only) was of a nice size. The room had a tv, mini fridge, and set up to make tea. The buffet breakfast, which was included in my rate, was beautifully presented and delicious. I did not eat dinner or lunch at the restaurant. The check-in desk is integrated with the bar, which is in the round, and this big entry room also looks very cool and has lots of cozy spaces to tuck yourself away. I stayed just for one night after a long train ride from Stockholm and Lund, and before picking up a rental car. Picking up the rental car at Sixt was also super us 22 departed from just a few minutes away from the hotel and took me directly up to Sixt in the north of the city. I would definitely stay here again if I am doing a similar route. Also, the round elevator is totally cool !! Loved the old-but-modern feeling of this hotel.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel. Room was large, nice bathroom. Coffee and tea maker in the room and mini fridge. There is no air conditioning, but the room has a fan. I like sleeping with the window open, which means some noise until midnight from the crowd outside and the fountain, so I recommend ear plugs for that. They also provide them at reception. The bar downstairs is open until midnight, but I could not hear that on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. You can leave your luggage before check in and after check out.

It's a beautiful hotel, but it looks like an older building, so keep in mind there is no A/C and the elevator is tiny. I didn't have any problems with that, but just so you know.

The mattress was super soft. Be careful if your back prefers harder ones! And the room is really dark. Even during the day, with windows opened, since the walls are dark and the ceiling light is more for decoration… The relax area is nice, with a nice gym. But coming from Finland, the sauna experience just doesn’t make sense… you are not allowed to throw water at the stones, so it’s simply a dry electrically warm room. Just skip it and have a warm shower instead! ;)

Hip vibe hotel in the heart of everything! The staff were very friendly, upbeat, and helpful. This includes reception, kitchen/restaurant, and cleaning. The buffet breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the best I ever had at a hotel (and I have stayed at many hotels). Highly recommend!

The room was small with very dark wallpaper, making it feel a bit claustrophobic. Cool decor but consider using lighter wall color for these small rooms. Also the bed mattress was too soft for my preference. But the breakfast and staff made up for all of this!

My room (or vault as they call it) was beautiful and immaculate. The venue is an old bank and it looks stunning and they way it has been designed is very cool and quirky, with a trendy cocktail bar which doubles as the reception too. The staff were all extremely friendly, smiley and helpful. The breakfast was great too, I only wish I had more time to enjoy it! The decor is lovely and quite flamboyant but in a good way. Even the stairwell and the corridors in the hotel had a lovely smell! I would highly recommend this for couples exploring Helsingborg.

Beautiful, dog-friendly hotel in the best location. There is free parking at St Nicolai Parkering on the weekend, which is close to the hotel. Nice bar in the lobby.

The pet fee of 350 sek/night is really high. The shower cabin is quite small even in the superior room.

The Vault Hotel is a beautiful gem! There are so many original features, including the glorious glass ceiling in the reception/bar area. The contemporary decor echoes and compliments the building. Upon arrival, we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful and clean, and we slept well every night. Our stay was on a bed and breakfast basis, and we were very impressed with the quality, presentation, and variety of food options on offer. Finally, but not lastly, the staff at the hotel were quite simply faultless. Friendly, helpful, professional When we are back in Helsingborg, we will very definitely be staying at The Vault again

Superb breakfast with a lot of choices from sweet to savoury. Everything was fresh and home made and the design of the area was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the main hall features a beautiful cocktail bar where a DJ was playing the night of our stay. It was such a vibe 🍸

The bed was comfortable, however, given the price of the room you would expect a double mattress, not two single ones. Furthermore, spa was nice but it didn’t look like the area was taken care of, without any music for instance. Moreover, turkish bath wasn’t working either. I would also add the option of making cappuccino at the breakfast. Only filter coffee was available.

Great experience overall, the hotel is in a nice area, check in/out is smooth. Staff is friendly. They have early evening parties on the weekend, with a dj, which was nice. Breakfast was good. Decent wifi.

The eggs in the breakfast could be improved. TV should be upgraded, not the TV itself, but the UI is old school.
