Location brilliant. 5 minutes walk to trains and buses. Excellent choice at breakfast and freedom to enjoy it. Good reception area to relax in and have complimentary drinks plus wafflemaker for guest use. The staff have always been cheerful and helpful and this time we even got an upgrade to a room with a view over the lake. That made our stay even better. Would definitely return.

Really cannot think of anything major. Two small things.....we always had to ask for milk for tea/coffee which sometimes involved waiting until receptionist was free. Some mornings the bread rolls weren't as fresh as on previous visits.L

Perfect room- and bedsize for me and in the future for me and my wife. Perfect with garage directly under the hotel. Just taking the elevator or the stairs to the garage, lobby, breakfast and the corridor to the room that was close. I enjoyed the coffee-machine when I came and went! Perfect I could check in during the night and 24/7 after 15.00 hours the first day of my booking. Just had to inform I was coming later, during the first night. The garage was almost perfect. Only some trouble with the card-readers position that need to be close to the buttons where it's horisontal, flat ground, flat floor. It's easy to loose control of the motorcycle when leaning steep as it was down to and up from the garage. Need more grip fore the tyres on the floor, especially when wet outside.

Like the possibility of charging ev:s/ electric veiculos in the future electric cars, electric motorcycles and electric bikes and a special locked place for bicycles.

We are rating this hotel high only because of the staff! We were checked in by a very nice young Polish women who was very accommodating when our room was not up to standard. It is only because if her I do not give a 1 star rating. We were inly here one night as we were driving through Sweden. All hotels in the city were booked for a festival. Given the choice, it would be unlikely we would stay here again.

The hotel is not a high quality hotel (standard/comfort rooms) - holes in walls of the hallway, dirty carpets. Our bathroom on checkin was covered in hair of the previous guest (disgusting) so we were immediately upgraded. Rooms in higher floors are quality / clean. I would only consider staying here if its a deluxe/suite room.

This is an excellent and well situated hotel. We received a warm and genuine welcome including tea/coffee and waffles in reception. The hotel is opposite the Match Museum and just a short walk from the train/bus station and many restaurants. We had a nice, clean and comfortable room with a good bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices included in the price. This hotel represents good value for money.

The breakfast room was full and the first two staff we found were unable to answer if we could eat at one of the tables at reception.

Breakfast, Beautiful room with a balcony/view, super kind and helpful staff, location. It was our 31st wedding anniversary trip and we celebrated in style with the beautiful lake front view! Four (4) staff members were especially awesome. Justyna, Maja, Maria & Valdemar were the sweetest, kindest, most patient and informative staff members that we could possibly ask for. I hope they all get raises for the great work they do to make your stay so nice!

We were unlucky because road work was going on below, in front of the hotel (not hotel's fault) so it was a bit noisy in the mornings and had to walk around the road work area.

The staff at the reception (Justyna, and Matilda) were very helpful the 2 nights I stayed in the hotel. The kitchen staff & breakfast were also very nice. It is very close to the city center train station and bus stops. It has a nice sauna. The waffle oferring with coffee in the evening is very nice, too.

Sometimes prices can be very high, when I want to book a room there. A small refrigerator in the room would be good.

Perfect place for a stop over, close to the train station and the lake, nice restaurants and bars just across the street at the former match factory. Very friendly staff, exceptional breakfast (wide choice of natural, biological and local produce), offer of coffee and biscuits all day and afternoon offer of make-your-own-waffles :)

It's right next to the train station, which is very convenient. Groceries are less than 1 km away as well. For the price, the room is fairly big (although the huge table negates this somewhat), and with breakfast included the value for money is very good indeed.

The breakfast had no gluten free bread (or at least no signs for it), and the chocolate dessert was very sticky and industrial-tasting. Otherwise it was good, but a typical hotel breakfast, not the royal feast that some reviews are touting.

It all went well. There were no problems and staff were courteous. The view from the room was better than expected as we had made a late booking and didn't expect a room with a view ...

The elevator was small, but that is being picky, LOL. It was sufficient and arrived promptly when needed ... And it was better than carry our luggage up the stairs.
