We liked the helpful staff at the reception desk as well as the staff at the kitchen. We got plenty of information about bicycle tours around Karlstad and flyers and maps we could use for our tour. The breakfast was enough and staff always paid attention that we get served everything. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. We could park our car and bicycles for free in front of the room. The parking lot is a big plus. We hope to return there again.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well kept. There is free parking that was perfect for us. Its just off the highway on the way to Oslo so was very convenient for us. The breakfast was well presented and 😋 tasty.

It is a very nice and good value property.

Bad ventilation system in both of the room and bathroom, we had at least a small table fan that helped a bit. No AC which was very disappointing. No fridge either so we couldn't have cold beverages constantly.

Excellent hotel, comfortable and affordable rooms, well kept and spacious bathrooms.

Location is a little out of the way, if you're a tourist visiting for the first time, you might consider someone closer to sentrum but there are buses that go to and from sentrum so it's not a big issue.

The hotel and our room were very clean. The room itself was very basic but the bathroom was modern. Free parking was a reason to book this hotel since we have a van. From the hotel to the city center is about 2,5km. The route goes right next to the river (we had our own bikes). Breakfast was nothing special but had pretty much everything (except oatmeal).

The hotel looks more like a motel from outside. It is located right next to a highway and a gas station so there isn’t much to see/do. But this didn’t bother us since we cycled to the city center every day and had our car as well. There was no AC in the room, only fan.

Good value. Nice room with excellent shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with a selection of offerings to start the day. Would visit again.

Clean, modern room and bathroom, laundry service helped me extend my stay (very neat and quick!), good breakfast, supercharger from IONITY just across the motorway (300m), MAX fast food 350m away

Little anonymous / grey on the outside, back right to the E18 motorway (make sure you book “quiet room”, bowling alley in basement (but was not in use during my stay)

Reasonable price, fair breakfast, coffee was excellent. Free parking . Good hotel for one night stay.

The view to the petrol station is not very exciting :(
