Price, location, everything. It is very close to the store. Good neighborhood. 5-10 min to train/bus station, 10 min to stora torget, Very quiet place.

Shower gel was empty, so had to buy one and leave/throw away one just bought since no check in baggage in airplane.

The location was lovely, very close to the town/village. Well priced and the staff were very helpful. It all suited me very well, and I would love to visit again.

Staff was really nice and helpful when I told him we have issues with radiator/temperature and lamps. Kitchen corner is fully equiped and it's great there is a dehumidifier, it helps a lot with smells when cooking. There were always parking spots near the house and parking was not expensive. Hemköp (grocery) is also very close, like 1 min. City center is 15 mins walk and really nice.

The room was very clean when we arrive but a week is too long without cleaning the floor and there were no equipment to do it by ourselves. We couldn't set room temperature and sometimes it was a bit cold for us in the room. We couldn't find information where to put garbage if it's full (maybe there was somewhere).

The location is near by bus and train station on the walking distance to the city centre. It is well eqiped. The staff in the hotel was nice to me and helpful. Thanks. You have everything around: stores, cafes, parking spots... Additionally: Check your apartment door that is closed from outside. Something odd happens with those locks.

The apartment is spacious. However, most of the apartment is corridor. And only radiators in corridor worked. Another think, the ''hotel'' is basement of apartment bulding.

Staff entered my room without giving any notice to place a shoe horn in the apartment. When I rang to dispute this, they said in the terms and conditions they could enter whenever they wanted without notice. When I read the terms and conditions they were supposed to give notice 'we will give you reasonable notice of such requirements' and reasons for entry are supposed to be for 'reasonable cause'. I don't see placing a shoe horn inside the property as reasonable cause for entering the property without my knowledge. As a solo woman traveller I found this so unsettling that I left the property a day early as I no longer felt comfortable. I had to spend 400kr on a new train ticket and I had to miss a day and a half of my university course. Completely unacceptable. There are also silverfish in the bathroom.
