I like the parking is free, spacious rooms and the nice service we have received while we have been staying at the hotel. The misses that have been have been quickly fixed by a friendly staff. There's a reason we have returned to this hotel year after year.

The only thing I have to complain about is that some people park for the night on the 30min parking space where you're meant to stay when you check in and out to get closer with the baggage. And that it should be more items in the self fix shelf by the old reception on times when the hotel is fully (or close to fully) booked, this was however better managed now during the summer than in the winter.

It was comfortable because we came to the hotel each evening and had everything we needed to be settled and satisfied. I had brought a freezer bag of cooked meals in lunchboxes and it was so nice that we could use the fridge and freezer to store it in, take out and heat it in the microwave. I could also make some instant cappuccino thanks to the water boiler (? Idk the name for those but you get me) and next time I visit, I should bring a small milk as well as a box of sugar. You had some there already but I do prefer the "real deal". I understand that it would be unnecessary to have that in the hotel already, as not all guests use milk or sugar, and so the risk of it getting expired and unused is high. I also want to say that I got away so cheap with this and I'm so grateful for that (I booked really early) because our budget is not superb.

Not the Hotel's fault - But the flush-button on the toilet sometimes got stuck and then didn't flush very well... Also, as I was traveling with a friend, the bed was a little slim because she is a little bigger than I am and I sort of slept on the edge... we slept okay still because the bed was comfy! But maybe next time I'll try seeing if you guys have any twin beds instead haha

The beds were very comfortable, the room was huge with a lot of sunlight, the kitchen was well equipped and so was the bathroom, everything was very clean, the laundry service was easy to use and convenient and I enjoyed my stay there thoroughly; and once again I will miss the comfortable bed and the even more comfortable pillows.

The cleaning service showed up unannounced and it did disrupt some plans, maybe in the future it would be a better execution if they let us know the night before the cleaning happens. When the wind blows strongly, the metal thing in front of the window was creaking, made it harder to sleep, but that is not exactly something that the hotel is responsible for.

The room was nice and it was great to stay in, everything worked well. We had to search a bit for some things but nothing we couldn't figure out on our own by looking a little. The sorting trash facility was very detailed and the check in was really smooth. Kitchen had most of the things you need.

We couldn't find any more trashbags than the ones that was in but that was about it. Only other thing is there kept being a vaccum in the hallway we almost tripped over a couple of times haha.

As always Skyhotel met my expectations and most of the times it’s even over your expectations. Such an awesome view of the city if your staying in one of the top floor. Will definitely come again 😍

There is no staff. This is not bad but it’s always nice to have someone there who can answer some questions or help with some things if anyone needed anything.

The apartment/room is very close to the central station which is very convenient. It is also self check in which is perfect so you don't need to worry about sticking to checking in times. Everything was very clean (except the windows haha) and the view was absolutely beautiful. Perfect place to watch the sunset :-) Overall it was a very cute place to stay at and I would definitely recommend it.

I didn't receive any check in instructions so I was left very confused how to get my key card. But there is a help hotline number on the keybox and they are super helpful and understanding on the phone, so in the end I had no trouble getting my key and getting into the room.

Had no breakfast, had our own food. Good food storage. Some things in the kitchen were missing to be able to cook all sorts of meals. No oven. Comfortable beds, but the sofa was not that great. Good possibility to sleep in a dark room even light mornings.

No staff to ask about something. Great with sorting of waste but no extra bags for organic waste, so we could not change and it began to smell.

Since the facility in unmanned, it could be more complicated to fix problems, eg. when the check-in keybox doesn't work. But I had no problems, since everything worked perfectly :)

The view! There was kitchenette in the room, which was very handy. The bed was comfortable. There was iron and the hair dryer in the room. It was very clean. In general a very good option if you don't mind staying a bit far from the city center.

I found a bit confusing the set up for key card pick up. Would like to see more directions and maybe an option in case your phone dies or you have no internet.

I did not received an email or SMS with link to open the keybox. I have to call the call center twice to get access. No cleaning servicies,only at departure.
