ROOM: The room was pretty spacious for us as a couple. We had some issues with adjusting the A/C, but managed to solve it. The shower cabin was leaking so we needed some extra towels to cover the floor, but that didn't bother us that much. BED: The bed was okay, comfortable and with pretty comfy pillows. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was very nice, with nice selection of cold cuts, cheeses, bread, vegetables, fruit, eggs, sausages, pancakes... Juices and smoothie shots were also a nice addition. DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: The location was excellent for us, just a few minutes walk from the central station and station of Flix Bus and bus to the Malmö Airport. There were some bars in the area, and the center is also very close, just a few minutes walk across the bridge. COMMUNICATION: The staff was welcoming. We didn't enjoy the fact that the rooms are cleaned every 3-4 days since we really needed clean towels, but we got them when we asked for them. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and the reception was open even when we arrived late at 2:30 am. The wi-fi was okay.

We have no major complaints and would stay here again, especially for the price and the location - this is a good value for money.

I really appreciated the fact that it was really close to the train station and I liked the open concept of the ”barception”-area (combination of bar and reception). I also liked my room alot and the fact that I was able to adjust the AC to my own preferences was a huge plus for me. The staff was really friendly and I felt welcomed from the moment I checked in to when I was leaving. Two other things worth mentioning was that they have both bikes and umbrellas that you can rent with different rates depending on how long you’d want to rent either one of them. That was a nice touch :)

It’s not a huge deal, but I’m a breakfast person and I was really looking forward to eating the hotel breakfast. The food that was offered was good, but I wish there would’ve been a wider range of food to choose from. Other than that I don’t really have any complaints.

Hotel is very nice, modern looking, great vibe and clean rooms. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall great option to visit Malmö, since it's walking distance from a lot of nice areas and right in front of the train station.

I did not like a thing, though. There was no option to turn off the A/C in the room. There's a thermostat and you can move the temp up and down a few degrees, but I wanted to switch it off completely. I asked a very kind man in the reception and he explained it was simply not possible. The A/C was a bit noisy, but nothing unbearable.

Breakfast bar selections were amazing. The food was very good with a wonderful selection to choose from.

The bathtub in our room was dangerous.....it was high and sloped a bit too much with no bath mat. We both slipped during a shower and discovered in grabbing for something stable found there was no safety bar to grab for stability. The toilet seat lid would not stay open but fall against our backs making it difficult to stand without it falling. We suggest installing soft close lids. There was a lot of hair in the corner of the room and on the baseboard nearest the door.

Centrally located and very close to Malmo central train and bus station. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms very clean and tidy and a good size. Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from at the buffet. Games were also available to play close to the reception area. There is also a locked bag storage area which is a good service to offer. Checking in and out is very simple and you can also do it at self kiosks. They also have a small cafe that offers food and drinks from the reception.

Nothing, one of if not our best stays on this trip.

Nice modern and trendy hotel in a good location close to Malmo Central Station and buses. Room comfortable (eventually) with a good shower. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of quirks like ping pong and petanque in huge foyer area with a nice bar area with a few board games. Breakfast OK but hot food could have been warmer.

Booked standard double room, On arrival, the receptionist told us we could not possibly manage in the standard room, showing my wife a room with the bed pushed against a wall (which clearly no couple could manage even if they don't have mobility issues - which I do). Good upsell tactic - but rooms advertised for two should be suitable for two - not requiring a price rise on arrival.

The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was unbeatable for me (I was taking the train from Central station every day). The staff on reception were friendly and very helpful! Victoria on the night shift was so very helpful when I had an issue I needed to resolve, and went above and beyond to help me in a friendly manner. Victoria on the day shift was equally helpful, and told me the name of who had helped me the night before. Thanks to both of them!

The only issues I had were that the room was quite cold. I followed the instructions on the thermostat to increase the temperature by 3 degrees, but it never made it up to that temperature. The breakfast hours during the week could also have been a little longer.

Great location near the train station, nice and clean room, good breakfast with everything you need. Value for money! Friendly staff, we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check out for a couple of hours which was highly appreciated.

We asked for two single beds there was only queen size, it´s not always possible for the hotel to fulfill a wish but it would have been nice this time.

All of the staff that I dealt with at the barception were so friendly and helpful. The barception area was a great place to have a small bite to eat and also had a good variety of drinks. My room was cosy, welcoming, and always warm enough. The bed was very comfortable - I slept very well both nights. The location is fab, a one minute walk from Malmo central station and also close to the city centre.

The room was large, cleaned comfortable. Only thing to improve would be to have a Matt to stand on when you get out of the shower. Breakfast was excellent and better than I thought. All the staff were very polite at all times, especially as the hotel was very busy.
