Great large room...comfortable sofa bed for kid and cot provided for toddler. Lovely choice of items for breakfast and many gluten/lactose free option. Friendly staff at breakfast and super nice cleaning staff.

not like that we had a big stain (of dried yogurt? Ice cream?) on the floor and up the side of the right side of the double bed, that we asked to be cleaned and it wasnt (we were there over a week). Also didnt like that we had to keep going online the night before to book our breakfast for the next morning. We werent able to book for the whole week, and had to keep going back into the system to book each day. There must be a simpler way for people staying longer stays to book breakfast.

We had a room on 18th floor with a great view over the city. Speedy lifts with a view too. Room was spacious. Good location near Triangeln transport hub. Excellent variety for the breakfast buffet.

The side doors were shut off all the time we were there (2 nights) which meant we had to use the main entrance. This is further to walk from the station and the buses, but not a big problem. The bathroom had a bath with an over-the bath shower, and the sides of the bath were rather high for little legs. We arrived during the 'Pride' procession and the buses were disrupted for the next 3 hours! (nothing to do with the hotel but it did seem a bit excessive!).Overall 'feel' is rather impersonal, although could not fault the courtesy of the reception desk staff.

The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spacious and comfortable. There's a shopping mall next to the hotel but there are also lots of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The centre is only about a 10 minute walk away. Triangeln train station which has direct, frequent trains to Copenhagen airport is also only about 5 mins away.

Cleaning policy of hotel room is funny. You have to oreder it to get the cleaning, and even then they don’t make up beds. The other thing is it says the hotel has welness. We tried to order the massage, but firstly it was explained to us that it is done by a contractor and the hotel has nothing to do with it; secondly; when we finally got in touch with the contractor (they replied to us after 2 days) the contractor said they are on vacation.

Great location. In town and right next to a small shopping center and the train station. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was good. The reception staff was very nice and changed our booking last minute. Good parking under the hotel (200 SEK/day).

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and to small for older kids (our kids are 9 and 11). The hotel looks a bit run down and could do with a refurbishment. There are surely better hotels around for that prize, but the location is great.

Great location, walking distance to many Malmö attractions and the train station. We didn't need the means of transportation other than the train. The breakfast has a lot of options, including Swedish food and the room was very spacious.

There was a day that we had to wait to have breakfast because the restaurant was too crowded. I also don't like that we have to ask the reception to have the room cleaned. Have this in mind when you stay.

Extremely central location; an obvious choice if you need to be near Triangeln. Comfortable bed, full bathtub in the bathroom were nice after a travel day. Large room with a city view and nice decor overall. Easy access luggage room for holding your things.

The lobby was a bit chaotic because of a big event going on, and seemed a little dated.

I had a very spacious and quiet room with a nice view. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly, and I had a wonderful breakfast, which was included in the price. For this price, I can't imagine there is a better value hotel in Malmö.

The shower holder in my room was a bit loose, which meant that the shower did not stay in place. This was inconvenient. Other than this, however, nothing really to complain about.

Room was more spacious than the typical Scandic.

Wifi is typical Scandic, maybe little better than what I usually experience at Scandic, but still terrible. It's limited to 10Mbit/s, but you can't always reach that speed. Sometimes does not work at all, sometimes YouTube buffers or drops the quality to 140p. If you NEED good wifi, book something else.

The location, size of the room, staff and easy access from the public garage were excellent. The breakfast was the star of my day. The variety and the quality of the food and drinks were excellent. There was lady in the entrance of the breakfast room to serve fresh shots, that was one of the best things in the breakfast.
