We stayed three nights in Norrköping and enjoyed an extraordinary breakfast in the morning and delicious beers in the pub in the evening. Nice place near the river and close to the town centre. Bikes were available free of charge, thus we were able to see more of the surroundings. It was no problem to find a parking lot nearby.

It was a bit noisy in the morning outside due to deliveries and/or other traffic. The carpet in the floors smelled a bit old.

Everything was good except that blonde receptionist who thought that she owns the hotel. I had a special request to check in at 03.00 which was APPROVED. This lady was so rude when I was there and certainly deserves a red flag!!!!!!!

The breakfast was really good, as we say in French, "on s'est fait péter le bide"

The AC unit in our chamber went on automatically during the night and was quite loud. Also one of our window lock was kinda broken + the window sound isolation was not that good.

Stayed here before and never disappoints! Comfortable and great location. Good breakfast with plenty of choices and always enjoy food and drink in Bishop’s Arms!

Bathroom a little small in top floor deluxe room. Otherwise nothing!

The room was a little bit cold, but the biggest problem for me was the sound of traffic.. We were at the 6th floor, but the noise of trams, busses etc came in from 6 AM.. OK, I understand, this is the price you have to pay, if you want to stay next to the City Hall in a historic building :D

nice location, good for kids and nice set-up with different breakfast areas

only saw one elevator and use of stairs was not permitted so it was slow to get up and down

the hotel is in the city center. It's clean. The staff is very nice. But the bed in a double room is very small for two persons and also pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast is very good.

only complaint was that the room was not completely clean. build up of dust and dirt on the edges of the room.

I had a problem with the key card, but the hotel staff checked into my room 5 hours earlier absolutely free of charge, they gave me the opportunity to have breakfast on the day of check-in. great hotel, great staff, beautiful and cozy city

We really liked the breakfast. The one thing we we were looking for was the daily newspaper. We couldn't find it. But that's just a small thing.
