All staff at the hotel went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. The included breakfast was exceptional and it was possible to get breakfast as early as 4:30 am. Housekeeping was excellent. We also very much enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant. We stayed here 2 days near the airport while waiting for a flight back to the USA. The hotel was very close to Uppsala and Sigtuna, very old and important cities in Swedish history. It was easy to take the free shuttle to the airport and then take an Uber to sights in the two above cities. Sites in Uppsala included the University of Uppsala, Uppsala Cathedral, and Gustavianum. Sigtuna was a small village and is the oldest town in Sweden established in the 970s.

automatic info mail about the shuttle was sent after i was in the hotel. the day before i tried to contact'em via wapp and mail and booking but i havent any answer. i had to make an international call to ask where i could have taken the shuttle. For people: the shuttle stop is at terminal 4, Position number 3.

Location is about as close as you can be to the airport without staying in terminal. Shuttle bus was fast and frequent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived during the IT outage and the room keys couldn't be programmed so a staff member had to accompany guests to let them into their rooms every time, all day. They had adequate staff and everyone just dealt with the situation efficiently. The restaurant was good, nice menu. Pool, gym, and sauna were very nice. Would stay here again.

The price, the location (right next to the car rental area), the excelent friendly service, the cleanness, the design and the decoration of the room, the comfortable bed, the generous early breakfast, the sauna, the warm and inviting atmosphere in the lobby and in the bar, the EXCELLENT value for money!!

The room itself (standard) and the bathroom in it were a little too small and crowded for a couple with two large suitcases. Also, the quality of the soap and the shampoo that were provided could have been better - a minor issue. Other than those two comments, the room and the bathroom were comfortable, functional, nicely designed and very clean.

We ate in the hotel bar as we were on an early flight, the food was lovely, staff super friendly. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The pool and sauna area was clean and had complimentary towels. We had breakfast which was very good, plenty of options of continental breakfast, fresh fruit, juices, scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, a variety of cereals and breads/pastries. The free shuttle to the airport was ideal, it runs every 15 minutes. The airport is literally three minutes away.

As we used the pool area it would have been good to have a spinner for swimwear, the hotel is right by the airport and wet swimwear had to go in our suitcase.

WOW! The hotel was AWESOME! I booked at the last minute because I didn't like the hotel I had booked in Uppsala. The staff was ready for me when I arrived 30 minutes later. I asked for a tub and they gave me some wonderful bath salts for the tub. The breakfast was incredible! The restaurant had a great menu. I had a rental car and it was right next door. Even though it was at the Arlanda airport, the rooms were very quiet. The hotel had air conditioning as well, which a lot of Swedish hotels don't have.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. It was a great way to end my Swedish trip!

This hotel is designed for transit people who stays overnight. The hotel is located 1.4 km away from airport. There are free shuttle bus going from airport ( all terminals ) to hotel directly. The room was nice, quiet. I cant hear any noise from airplanes, traffic or people from the hallway. This indicates that the sound isolation is really good. The hotel was nice to offer complementary coffee in the hallway and some biscuits / sweets. The hotel is close to airport.

The location of the hotel makes it almost impossible to walk around the area. There are no pedestrian fields or anything else. In order for you to go to the town cheapest as possible is to take the free shuttle bus departing from the hotel to airport. Then you can take the public transport. I did not try the breakfast at all, so I have no opinion about this.

Great price/quality. For budget travelers, as Stockholm is pricey enough, it is worth taking this hotel and adding transportation cost to city center. Decent breakfasts starting very early, convenient in case of morning departure. Very quiet area (that is why you need hotel bus to get out - schedule was rather reliable), the only sound may come from departing planes but it does not disturb sleep. If I visit Stockholm again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

First of all Robin at the reception did a fantastic job! He gave me a better room with the airport view. He was very accomodating. The room was awesome, though minibar was empty, Maybe next time they can put something. And the best part, I was able to Swim alone until 11pm. I love the pool and the bastu. When I went to breakfast @ 10, They were almost closing, but the kitchen staff were all nice , even allowed me to take I want and I can bring it up to my room. Lastly shuttle transfer was no hastle at all , on time, no need to book. I booked it from booking.com . I will definitely go back their again specially if they a very good mobile price.

almost nothing actually, except the minibar was empty. im always used to in my previous experiences staying in a hotel that mini bar have some small drinks and snacks.. Maybe the hotel company can improve that. Also the ice maker by the hall way wasnt working at all

Very nice and modern hotel. Comfortable beds, great shower, quiet room, black out curtains. 20+ TV channels and an electric kettle in the room. Friendly staff and a nice lobby with a business center and separate phone room and children's playroom. The shuttle to/from the airport generally passes every 15 minutes (they have a schedule posted in the lobby), be sure to be outside because they will drive off if they don't see anyone.

No deadbolt just a chain lock that doesn't work, a man walked into my room at 10:45am. The thermostat doesn't go higher than 24C, I was fine in bed with the covers on, and when stepping out of the shower since the bathroom is super small and retains heat. Very bright light from the thermostat that makes it hard to sleep. Ubers won't pick you up or drop you off from the hotel, you have to go to the airport.
