The hotel is new, everything is very modern and the common areas are very spacious with high ceilings and elegantm minimalistic furniture. There's also a gym free to use. Close to bus stops and supermarket.

The room was a bit too cold and the radiator wouldn't heat more than 1/4. Reception had been closed since 17 so I couldn't get help to fix the issue. I paid extra to have breakfast and when I asked the receptionist where it would take place, he didin't tell me the restaurant would be closed the next day (I later found out it's closed on both Saturday and Sunday) so on Saturday morning i was given a small bag with bread, jam, a juice box, a yoghurt and some other goods that are nowhere near 12 euro worth. I think it should be specified at the chek-in stage when asked whether you want to add breakfast or not, that on weekends it's not a buffet at the restaurant but only a small bag.

Very functional and practical. Clean decoration and plenty of parking spaces to be used. The receptionist was very kind and attentive, and offered an amazing husband-sitting service :-) (only joking… my husband spent a good part of the evening chatting to the receptionist, Affi, a very interesting person.

There was nothing around for one to do in the evening. No facilities in the room either. There was a TV, but all the channels were scrambled. For a hotel near an international airport, you’d expect at least one English Channel. Not even a coffee machine where we could buy a coffee if we wanted to (it was broken).

First room they gave was not cleaned for nexr guest but they gave me twin room that night and next day when receptionist came they gave me double room which was nice and clean. For initial nights experience they offered me and my friends free breakfast upon request.

Its a bit far from ARN airport but transport is there but when we came the train from arlanda isnt working then we had to take 3 short changes to get there

The room and the toilet are new and clean. I have read the complaints beforehand about the lack of space (in the smallest room for 2 people), but we thought there was enough space, especially if you are just sleeping there and not spending more than a couple of nights. There is a free private hotel parking 1 minute walk from the hotel. The location was very convenient, close to E4. We were staying there on our trip from the north to the south of Sweden.

Since it is so close to E4, there is some noise that can be heard during the night coming from cars. For me it wasn't a problem at all, but my boyfriend woke up a couple of times during the night. If you are someone who wakes up easily, maybe you won't be able to get good sleep.

Room was as described. Clean and practical. Careful if you arrive after 10pm. There is a self service check in machine. I arrived at 1am and machine did not recognize my reservation code! Yet there is a number to call in case one needs assistance and this provided me with the solution in a few minutes!

Doubt there was any housekeeping as bed was never made. No big deal though. Stay was short.

The hotel staff are amazing and are so welcoming. We had a small time crunch and its location is amazing. We managed to get to places very fast and to book another room was not a problem. I would definitely recommend.

The people were amazing and were so welcoming, the rooms and bed’s are so comfortable to chill and sleep whilst in the craziness of weddings. The location is amazing as well.
