The location is very convenient and easy to find between the airport terminals. The room was large and extremely quiet with crisp white sheets, fluffy towels and a kettle. The check-in staff were excellent and very helpful.

Sadly the shower was broken. There was no attachment to fix the shower head to the rail so the only option was to hold it in your hand. Worse still, hot water failed half way through my shower and there was none the following morning. Obviously hot water was getting to the mixer, but not getting as far as the shower head. Reception kindly offered to change rooms, but as my husband was already asleep, it was not something I wanted. The real disappointment was housekeeping had not identified and fixed the issue prior to our arrival.

The location of the Radisson Blu in Arlanda Airport is great. We needed to see the ground staff with SAS and it could not have been easier. Your staff was very nice and helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and fairly reasonable prices considering the hotel being located in an airport terminal.

The room was fine. My only complaint is the design of the bathtub. I am a senior with knee problems. I got in and out ok but found the tub to be very narrow with sloped sides that made it tricky to turn. The well place handles around the tub saved me from falling. The next senior might not be as lucky as I was. I realize that changing tubs is not easy but perhaps a future renovation should adresss this issue. Do you offer showers without tubs?

My stay here was necessitated by an unexpected flight cancellation by British Airways, leading to an impromptu reservation that turned out to be a delightful surprise. The rooms are exquisitely designed with exceptional soundproofing, allowing for a serene escape from the bustling airport atmosphere, and the beds envelop you in a cocoon of comfort that ensures a restful night’s sleep. It is advisable to either prearrange your breakfast or settle the payment upon check-in, as opting to pay directly in the morning can be quite costly. Fortunately, the terminal boasts a diverse array of dining options, providing ample opportunities to indulge in culinary delights without venturing far from your accommodation.

This hotel is right in Arlanda Terminal 4 (and a 5 minute walk from Terminal 5) and is very practical if you have an early flight. The room is pretty comfortable and there's a minimal but functional gym onsite as well.

Ok, first of all, Radisson shouldn't have built another hotel 1.3km from this one with a very similar name. People ending up at the wrong hotel (myself included) are such a frequent occurrence that the staff have a big box of printed cards with instructions to the other hotel. This is beyond stupid. Also, my door had crowbar marks on the frame, which was a bit weird to see given that it's an otherwise very nice hotel.

We only booked there for the location - we flew in late-ish and flew out the next morning VERY early, so spent not even six hours in the room. It is a very comfortable hotel with a modern feel. Rooms are spacious and have a very Scandinavian feel and our room was very quiet. The restaurant was very nice - great food and super nice staff - we had a delicious meal before heading to bed.

It is way too easy to confuse this hotel with Arlandia name-wise to which you need a bus-shuttle to get to-and-from. Be very careful when you book if you are just staying for a night between flights that you book Radisson Blu Airport Terminal Hotel. No-one wants to take a bus shuttle at five in the morning to catch your flight...

This is a very convenient hotel that is well-priced, well-located, and which offers spacious and quiet rooms to spend the night during transits or if you have an early flight. The hotel is in-terminal, which makes it incredibly easy to access the airport.

The rooms are dated, but this is reflected in the price. The bathrooms could be in better condition - the door in my bathroom was very beat up, however everything was clean. There as a bit of a hiccup with a long line at reception when I arrived, but the staff soon worked this out.

Signage leading you to the Radisson blue airport hotel is only visible if you are in the “Sky City portion of the airport. If you go outside of the terminal, sidewalk signs will lead you to the bus stop for a Radisson blue hotel that is approximately 1–1.5 km outside the airport. We made this mistake and ended up at the wrong Radisson hotel. This required a repeat bus journey back to the airport and a very lost look as we were dropped off outside of the terminal where the only sign you will see is to Sky City or terminals 2-5. once you are inside Sky City, you will see signage for the Radisson blue airport hotel. Be forewarned.

I liked how quiet it was.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't find signs to the location, I didn't know where I had to go. I landed late at night (1 AM, due to one canceled flight, one day in the airport), there was no support staff at the airport and I was traveling alone with 2 small children (2 and 5 years old), plus hand luggage, in a foreign country, it was difficult for me to find the way to the hotel, I went more by instinct and what I had managed to read about the hotel (there was no time for preparations).

The staff is great, helpful and nice. The restaurant is good. Especially the meatballs. I even made it a tradition to have meatballs every time I stay a night at Radisson. The only feedback I can give, is to fill the mini fridge properly. I stayed in two different rooms in one week and both fridgest were half full. Both bathrroms felt like they need some fixing. The shower mixer wasn't working properly in one room and it feels like it's soon time for a renovation. Don't get me wrong, the bathrooms are not bad, just feels older than the bedroom. Overall, great experience every time I stay there,

More drinks in the fridge and some snacks, like there usually are. But no big deal, I just call and they bring what I want.

Location of course (in the airport). Very clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable! I also liked that it had a bit of the old skool hotel feel; the ice bucket and it also had a refrigerator which was nice.

The shower was slippery. It showed some old slip free marks but they were long gone and it was quite easy to slip if you’re not careful. Also I noticed that one of the closet doors was completely missing; nothing that affected our stay but aesthetically it stood out.
