Parking on site. Comfortable beds. Big room, with private bathroom and shower. Very good location, with just a few minutes walk to the city center and the bus station. Pretty quiet (when we didn't have the windows open at night to let in some air XD), we didn't hear much from the neighboring rooms :)

I couldn't use the kitchen as planned (in the room with its own kitchen), as it's not meant for cooking (see picture). I tried using it a little, but couldn't understand the dials and how to get the stovetop hot... It also would've been very nice to have air-conditioning in the room on the warmest days (and warmest and noisiest nights, as having the windows open let a lot of party sounds in XD).

Lege family room and kitchen place to be able to eat comfortably. Nice staff and owner of the place as well as close and accessible parking place.

Noise from the elevator during the night and noise from the street from outside of the building in early morning busses and trucks for nearly construction site (because of thin windows and doors to the corridor for the elevator). Fire alarm was sensitive and I wasn't able to turn it off myself in the room after warming up milk for a baby, once it got activated that created a lot of stress for myself and my companions.

Very organized and good space to stay with the family, free access to the gym, which is super nice, and coffee machine available at the lobby, very good for the mornings!

The 2 beds were super comfortable, the extra beds are more suitable for kids and the mattress is not so comfortable.

The location and how clear were the instructions to receive the bedroom, although, it wouldn’t hurt to have them in English🤓

The breakfast was the same everyday. A little variety, and some fresh seasonal fruit will do the magic. The windows are not completely sealed so you can hear a lot of noises from the outside.

bed was comfortable and enough space. the gym was free to use. check in was really easy and there was a free coffe maschine in the front.

on the weekend much noise fom the oposit bar. after 2:30 it closed and a lot of people made a after party at the hotel.

The place was neat and tidy, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The location was handy, letting us easily check out the surroundings. Budget-friendly choice, B&B Granden is worth considering.

The room is quite spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen area clean and equipped. Located in the central area of the city

Breakfast isn't dreamy, but it's not bad either.

I was lucky to get a room with private bathroom which was really a bonus to what I expected. The room and facilities was clean and fresh.

The bed was not top notch but not outside of the expected when you stay at a budget hotel.

I liked the service provided, the receptionist was very nice. However there's gym in the hotel that was perfect unfortunately I had only one night and I couldn't go in early morning it was closed and i had to check out after 8 am. Hopefully next time I will make it. Moreover I liked the breakfast, the iron was there, I ironed my shirt :) thanks.

Mr Jenn and his staff are the nicest people in Skelleftea. The service provided was incredible. The installations are wonderful. The relation cost and value was unbeliable. I highly recommend everybody this hotel.
