Good location, nice view from the higher rooms. Friendly staff. The rooms are sober but really nice and have everything that is needed. Comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast. Very nice building with a good atmosphere.

It's a shame to promote a four star hotel with a pool when the pool is not included and needs to be booked apart. The pool is part of the Spa, which needs to be booked seperately, and the possibilities to book are limited. We did not get the chance to use the pool because the Spa was fully booked. Airco in the rooms are not really sufficient in summertime when the sun is falling in through the windows almost 24/7. We booked the restaurant together with the room, but the booking didn't get to the restaurant so we did not have a reservation. Luckily, the restaurant solved the issue.

Excellent hotel, right in the centre of Skelleftea, stunning wood, smells lovely, fantastic views over the city, we was on the 11th floor.. we stayed from 22nd to 24th Dec, easy drop off point, coming in from the cold & snow into a lovely warm and stunning reception and check in staff were brilliant & helpful, we dropped our bags off, then parked our car in the parking out the back, paying at the machine by card, we then walked through the stunning wooden building into the adjoining library into the hotel lobby, absolutely amazing building. The main shops, bars & restaurants are just opposite the front door, with The Bishops Arms for a cheeky pint.. walking around the area on its many footpaths, you'll find the ski slopes for children & adults

The hotel still smells new, clean and ultra-modern, exceptional efforts to give comfort and attention to detail. Views from full-room-sized windows spectacular. Also full-window shading baffle, allows the traveller control of mood, lighting and temperature. Breakfast in restaurant, amazing selection also of local Swedish specialities.

Could not fault anything. No facility at hotel to recharge electric vehicles. WiFi Cast to TV did not work well for me. (could be a unique case)

Our room on the 16th floor had excellent views. Everything in the building was stylish and a lot of thought had obviously been put into its design. We loved the imaginative use of wood and glass throughout.

The service in Paolo’s on the ground floor was very offhand. It was the only place in the hotel to eat on a Sunday evening. Our main courses arrived before we had had a chance to finish our starters and the server didn’t even appear to notice. This was very disappointing because we had also eaten in Altan and Miss Voon and had had brilliant service. The food itself in all three “eateries” was great.

It could be more evidence that the hotel building is made from wood - now it is just walls covering (looks like wallpaper) and tree trunks instead of bedside cabinets. It was cold in the room and not very convenient - there were no clothes hangers (few hooks only).

showers where you can go higher than 38. big comfy beds with USB plug sockets next to the beds. nice and spacious rooms with ample storage space, nice big windows to view the city. and very close to the shops. 20 min of walking to the ice hockey stadium.

one cupboard next to the bed when open is close the bed and illumination with room light going into the cupboard, breakfast is very busy at the weekend and should consider a table booking system. no hotel car park and need to use the city car parks for the car. no central suitcase shelf to unpack with

Superbe wood architecture at the very heart of Skelleftea. Cozy rooms, not very big, but comfortable the rooms and particularly the bed. The building as a whole, including the Saras Cultural Centre, is of great interest and worth a visit. Skelleftea has a nice area and walk beside the river. But the wonderful restaurants with terraces balconing the river close on Sundays, so go there during weekdays...

Overcrowded breakast, despite they organize in slots, which is already uncomfortable. Do you know the day before at what time you want to wake up and show up for breakfast? You must choose a 45 minutes slot...Ok, but then, despite the efforts of the young staff, the speed to clean up the tables and replace the dishes doesn´t correspond to the number of people looking for free tables. We were not allowed an early check-in. Apparently, all the rooms are cleaned up at the same time, 15 hours. Not one single room available a bit earlier.

Lovely design and new space impressive wooden building. The Spa and Miss Voon restaurants were great. Great breakfast too!

Wood building, nice atmosphere, central location and comfy rooms met our expectations very well. Also the breakfast was good.

In our country the use of spa is included in the room price with no exceptions. I would also have enjoyed a proper porridge on breakfast instead of a self-made quick porridge. And it was a little disappointment to pay extra for parking.

The cozy (yet still spacy), stylish bedroom. With all the amenities. The quality products in the bathroom. The fantastic breakfast spread. Delicious and a wide range of healthy (and non dairy) options. The snazzy downstairs space. The spa and the well sized and stocked gym.

Pizza in the cafe downstairs was a bit tough. However the cakes/cookies were sublime!
