This Hotel has met my expectations. Let us consider all the pros: -Staff: they were so kind and friendly. Never experienced such kindness and welcoming vibe (especially the receptionists need to be mentioned). -Check-in/out: done in 2 min, fast and precise. -The Hotel: I have chosen this hotel because of its location which is perfect. You can walk to all main touristy attractions without the need of using public transportation. -The Room: it was nice, but not very big. You have a minibar though which was very convenient. -Breakfast: I was very impressed by the breakfast. You have a lot of choices and the quality is very good. -Luggage storage: on my last day they kindly stored my luggage so as to give me the opportunity to go and do some more sightseeing before my late-afternoon flight. Nice! -Miscellaneous: I liked the fact that they give you the choice to skip housekeeping service to go green. I do not need my room to be cleaned every day and I opted for this option. You can do something good for the environment.

I am giving a 9/10 to this hotel, but there are some smaller things that need to be mentioned: -Nightstand: really small and round which is a bit inconvenient. -Carpet: it has seen better days, i.e. some stains. -Old rooms: for sure this hotel has a very long history and this can be seen here and there. It could benefit from a renovation, unless this “historic” theme is what they were going for.

Great location within walking distance to major attractions and conveniently close to the busy shops of Norrmalm. The beds are comfortable, room very clean, the breakfast has a good variety and the staff are polite and welcoming!

I’m thrilled to write this review to express my heartfelt admiration for how the hotel staff handled every detail, from check-in to check-out. Though the rooms are cosy, they are thoughtfully arranged and impeccably clean. The staff truly shine as the hotel’s greatest asset. A special mention to the receptionist (you’ll know who you are when you read this!), who went above and beyond to assist us and accommodate our every need. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! The restaurant is fantastic, and the breakfast was hands down one of the best I’ve enjoyed in the hundreds of hotels I’ve visited over the years. The restaurant team was exceptionally attentive and friendly, ensuring we started our morning with a smile and gratitude. While we relied on taxis for our short stay, the hotel’s location is ideal and very central. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm and genuinely feel that every hotel could look to this one as a benchmark of exceptional hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location in the city centre with a short walk to the shopping areas. About a 25min walk to the Gamla stan part of Stockholm or the National Museum. I had a very nice single room as a solo traveller with a great view over the park towards the National Library. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you’d expect from a modern hotel. Breakfast was great with an extensive range on offer. Staff were lovely (two young women on front desk and young man at the breakfast bar in particular), very friendly and helpful… although this might just be them being Swedish, because everyone seemed lovely. I would book here again when travelling to Stockholm.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at the Elite Hotel Stockholm Plaza. The bed was unbelievably comfortable—truly one of the best I’ve ever slept in! The staff were exceptional, always warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to the young lady who checked me in around 2 p.m.; she was incredibly kind and attentive, setting a positive tone for my stay. The location was also ideal—only a ten-minute walk to the metro, right in the heart of one of Stockholm’s most central neighborhoods, making it easy to explore the city. I’d definitely choose this hotel again for future visits. Highly recommended😊

Location was excellent and the property was well situated for meetings and shopping. Good breakfast and a great Indian restaurant adjacent to hotel (part of hotel) which served excellent indian/swedish fusion food !

I traveled during winter with -8 deg C outside. Heating was not good and room felt cold even at the highest setting. I had selected double (single large) bed but was given twin beds put together with 2 single duvets which was not sufficient. Room is not provided by default with a kettle and the usual complementary tea/coffee, but was given when requested.

Overall a very clean hotel! Staff were brilliant, super helpful! Location was great, close to all the shops and train station. Pillows were great. Spacious and private bathroom which is a plus. Breakfast was excellent! Spread of meats, cheese, breads, oats and pastries. Bacon and eggs as well. India is a restaurant that adjoins the Hotel, very nice bar and food, BUT pricey!

Room was not great for a junior suite, i expected more for the money. Bed, Two beds put together that made a queen. Bed mattresses were well used, sunken in. they could have had better mattresses put in, or even have a single queen. its uncomfortable when you end up sleeping on top of the point where the two beds meet. I would have expected a separate shower and tub considering a junior suite. I requested this, but was told that all their junior suites have this configuration - bath tub that has a shower head. No AC, only heating. If you need cool air, you need to open the windows. There are fans provided.

Comfortable hotel located in the city center. The location is very convenient both for exploring the city and visiting the most beautiful city parks or shopping. Check in and check out process is simple and easy. The room is small, but it has everything you need. Very clean and tidy, the bathroom has all the necessary hygiene items. It's nice that you can choose “go green” and not have room cleaned daily. All the staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is exceptionally good, a large selection of dishes for all tastes. Cozy environment and calm music create a pleasant atmosphere for the start of the day.

Because I wake up very early (6 a.m.), coffee making facilities in the room would have been a nice touch :)

The hotel has a lovely lobby and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s on a somewhat busy road in a nice shopping area so access to the hotel felt very safe. You can walk from here to the old town in about 20 minutes, and it takes a similar time to get to boat rides and the museums. The city hall is about a 30 minute walk. The breakfast is really lovely with lots of options.

The room has no air conditioning and was very hot when I arrived. I found by opening the window and leaving the bathroom door open, this provided adequate ventilation. The Wi-Fi also wasn’t great, a bit slow and sometimes dropped entirely or wouldn’t pick up when I was in my room. For this reason, I’m not sure this hotel would be suitable for business users. It would have also been nice to have a spare towel and glass.

The hotel was really central and we could walk to almost all the places we wanted within less than 20 minutes. It was in a lovely part of the new town opposite a park but the old town and most attractions were easy to get to. The room was really comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The bed was massive and super comfy too. Breakfast was a buffet type affair and was amazing. There was so much to choose from including vegan and gluten free options. Literally everyone was catered for and the staff were always so accomodating.

There was nothing we didn't like!
