Excellent location & cosy interior. Soft, crisp white spotless bed sheets. Plenty little practical gadgets (ear plugs, adaptor, jewellery box within safe, toothbrushes, shaving kit,...). Next to foodhall and shopping area, museums island within 20' walking.

Double rooms are very small (had to take 2 because we are a family of 3 and the hotel cannot accommodate 3 persons in one room even if one is a minor); beds are good quality but rather soft not firm- trickyif you have vack problems; just one person (staff) at reception to check-in guests while creating a queue of 15'-20' for other guests for simple services like calling a taxi; no porter upon arrival to help with luggage and this for 3 consecutive days; some staff at breakfast behaving as if servicing is a chore, once almost telling us off because we arrived 15' before closing breakfast and basic stuff like croissants had finished...

The hotel location was excellent. Most parts of central Stockholm were within walking distance. The Breakfast was excellent, both the parts ordered from the menu and from the buffet. The coffee was especially good.

The room was a lot smaller than the pictures suggested. The light switches in the room never made any sense, even after 3 days of trying to figure them out. You never knew what switches controlled what light in the bedroom, which were 3-wayed with a switch by the entrance.

Incredibly good location and a beautiful place. Very nice furnished rooms and a comfortable bed. The breakfast of interest impressed us - a large selection of interesting products and even more interesting to order from the menu. Great service. Clean, elegant and very comfortable. I highly recommend it to all those who value walks and want to explore the city and its attractions. Interesting food court (option during the day), accessed directly from the hotel. Evening with wine ... necessarily on the hotel patio. A lovely place.

We In connection with my spouse's birthday, I ordered a table in hotel restaurant. Off the beaten track, romantic, with flowers. It didn't work out at all. We were seated in the middle, among other occupied tables (we were refused a separate table). After reminding that it had been agreed and confirmed by email, pity a had to do so, it was stated that the flowers were supposed to be delivered to the room (but they had not been there before), we were moved to a place where no one was interested in us for the next 45 minutes. Unfortunately it didn't work out. We went out and found a cool and romantic place next door.

The staff are absolutely amazing. Always going above and beyond and nothing is ever too hard to fix. I have stayed here 5+ times and I keep coming back because it is truly a hotel that feels like "home away from home". Perfect location and the beds are the best ones I've ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast is GREAT! Gym & spa are good - nothing spectacular but you have exactly what you need. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in the world, Villa Dagmar stays as my number 1!

Located as part of a big old market hall which is cool. Beautiful indoor courtyard serving excellent breakfast & lunch and transforms in a vibrant cocktail bar a few days per week in the afternoon. Very comfy bed. Beautiful room. We spent 45 min in the included private spa while waiting for our room as we arrived early, including a relax room, spacious sauna and steam room. Hotel's best feature might be the staff whom seem consistently helpful and cheerful.

I hoped the room to be just a little bit bigger.

I generally do not like the waste in luxury hotels. They change towels too often, place 6 pillows in a bed for 1 person - why? And a double duvet for 1 person, the same. All this laundry makes me leave the hotel with the feeling I have for sure not contributed to sustainability. You can all do better in this topic!

The hotel itself is amazing. Was a bit tricky though to arrive with your own car. People did not expect a car on that Gågata. The parking was extremely expensive but convenient.

The cost for parking. And also the fact that you need to notify an hour in advance. But I dont know how far the parking facility is from the hotel. Maybe the staff could inform other options than the hotels service itself. Other parking-garages close by (and cost for that) and/or even the possibility to park on the streets cole by.

The property itself is beautiful and cozy. Great location very centrally located near great restaurants and many of the popular sites. Most important the staff is excellent- they are extremely friendly and accommodating -helping with everything from spa appointments, restaurant reservations and anything else you could need. Loved Villa Dagmar and look forward to visiting again.

The hotel and location is great. Hotel staff was excellent as well as housekeeping (always a smile and greetings). Rooms are just what you need in size and beds are superb as well as the toiletries. Stockholms more conservative version of Hotel Costes. The restaurant concept is nice and different with all the different areas and direct access to Osermalms Hallen

However between hotel and restaurant needs to be more seamless. Being guest at a boutique hotel is much about being recognised and taken care of. I did let both hotel and restaurant know we were celebrating a double 85th and a 60th birthday but no notice was taken or asked if something extra was required. We should have been made aware there was a live performance in the bar / restaurant and managed to get squeezed into the dining room. An area for hotel guests to sit and work would be nice.

Lovely hotel with beautiful dining/breakfast/lunch area. Great location in the center of Stockholm. Comfy and quiet rooms. Helpful staff.

Breakfast area was a bit understaffed, resulting in long waiting time for basic things such as coffee. Not ideal when people are in a rush to get their day started...
