Hotell Dialog

Breakfast better than good. Very convenient free car park. Hotel offers everything what is needed when you are on a holiday journey. It`s a really convenient place to visit Stockholm, which was our first stop after arriving to Sweden by ferry from Gdynia to Karlskrona. The distance from Karlskrona to Stockholm we drove by car. We spent in Dialog two nights. Receptionists and other hotel staff were very helpful always ready to answer our question. They gave us clear instructions how to get to the subway and helped us decide where to go to see Stockholm attractions if your time is limited to one day only. With Dialog we started our way to Kiruna via Sundval and next to Lofoty and Nordkapp. If we get back to Stockholm next summer we will try to stay in Dialog again. This hotel is worth every penny for what they offer and what is nice their prices are more than reasonable.

A good choice, if you just need bed and breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for a budget stay for those with own transportation. Hotel is located little bit far away from central city, but with the good connection with public transport. Bus station is very close to hotel, there are lots of buses, which take you to metro station. We had family room with two bathrooms and two large rooms. Room was clean. I appreciate the breakfast included in the price, a warm version would be nice, for example scrambled eggs or sausages. Receptionists and other hotel staff were very helpful.

The walls are very thin, voices could be heard from the hallway. No place to hang the towels in the bathroom. I would prefer a small cabinet for clothes, there was only a rack for a suitcase.

Very good, tasty and wide breakfast selection. Beds in the room are very comfortable. Nearby there are shopping and leisure centres with supermarkets and restaurant, bus stops aren't far from hotel.

We had leaking pipes from toilet bowl which often led to bad smell in the toilet. There was no heating in the toilet itself, so it was cold after taking shower, also there should be more hangers there. Generally the walls are thin, so we could hear well the loud guests in the middle of night in the corridor. Hard to reach hotel on foot from e.g. Skaerholmen metro station (but that's mostly due to construction of motorway beltway nearby).

The staff was very helpful and kind . The breakfast is really good,. There is a kitchen and fridge in the stage for guests, so you can cook lunch or dinner by yourself. Good quality for the reasonable price! I really enjoyed my time in this hotel and I would like to back there l again!

The overall facilities for the price. Clean and comfortable. The bathroom was gigantic. The breakfast was included and worth it. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace.

The organization of the breakfast buffet wasn't the most efficient, especially on the weekend. The area doesn't need much people to be blocked completely.

Although it was advertised as having a central location, it was far from the city in my opinion (bus plus train)

Very good for this price. The breakfast was hearty. The beds are excellent. Room cleaning is good.

Of the minuses, in the evening a weak pressure of water in the shower and the water was barely warm. It is better to take a shower in the morning. There was no hair dryer, bring your own.

I stayed in a private room for 2 weeks. Breakfast was solid, included halal options. Heating was good. Cleanliness was acceptable. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

No real complaints. Very good for a hostel/2-star hotel.

Beds were confortable. Shower was good and staff at the reception was friendly and accomodating to our needs.

The breakfast ladies were rude. The buffet was almost closing when we arrived for breakfast and in two occasions they almost closed the door in our faces.

Looking out the window we felt like being in the forest. Even a small rabbit apppeared at our window one morning.

The same breakfast for 7 days....
