That I had to move to a smaller room because the one that I booked was cold

A nice place to stay in many ways. Friendly and helpful staff members. Engaged and interested in helping you. You want another towel, no problem. Check in was smooth and easy. I think the reception is open 24h. The place is extremely clean. Kind of like you want it to be, but seldom see:) My room had a comfortable bed and bathroom. All I really want. A good continental breakfast served in a large room with a lot of space between tables.

The location outside this hotel doesn't match the all nice inside. It's quite the opposite. Maybe the bad weather with heavy snowfall and strong wind made it worse. Summer time no problem waiting for transport, but is when it's cold and snowy

Syrian staff lady was really nice. The room was compact but comfortable and neat, with all necessities. Really liked bed linen - soft and comfy. Breakfast was nice. Overall very good for spending the night.

The location was kinda shady 😅 industrial hood - my hotel was the only one in the middle of all those warehouses, it actually could be a past warehouse itself 😃 nearest bus stop was 15-20 mins walking through the industrial hood and by the highway. Well, there actually was one stop right by the entrance of the hotel but it shuttling on weekends, only workdays and only in the mornings and then after 17:00. Also prices in Stockholm are inadequately high for my understanding.

The room was clean, spacious and cozy. The bed was fantastic, with quality linen and really nice quality of the pillow and duvet. The staff provided excellent service and was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was included and had a wide variety of everything one wanted. Warmly recommended and thanks so much, especially to the really nice woman in the reception wich we had a very interesting talk with before we left 🥰

We took the regional train quite late at night and we used Google maps to direct us. It sent us through a backtrack through a industrial area wich was a bit deserted and dark. We would like to recommend taking a taxi or the bus more close to the hotel, it took us ten minutes to walk so it wouldn't cost much.

- Receptionists were very friendly and supportive. - The location was near to the center of Stockholm City Center. - With public transport to Gamla Stan 2 Station and 3 Stations to Stockholm Center-TStation. - From the hotel, you can go from Årstaberg station, a 10-minute walk and a 3-minute walk from the bus stop Slättåkragränd bus no. 134. - Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee machine in front of the reception is available 24/7.

If you need a cheap place to stay, just stay it here. The staff is very nice, it's very clean, it's very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. You can tell they all put effort into everything here.

I mean the room was small, but who cares? I only need a room to sleep, and this was a very comfortable bed, so I had everything I needed.

Very kind and helpful staff, beatiful and unique breakfast buffet, very good cleaning, nice hotel, located not too far away from the city, just take bus 134 from Slättåkragränd, walk like 500 meters to the buss station, go off at Årstaberg, and then go to the commuter rails headed to Märsta or Stockholm City, would definitely recommend staying here!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable and the overall atmosphere was perfect. Thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable. I can't wait to return! Special thanks to Ali and Nicole

the room was big enough for 3 people

surprisingly the hotel is located in commercial area which is buzzing with trucks in the morning. it physically sits on the top of the wholesales distribution centre. the hotel has no own parking yet we were lucky to manage the parking spot off the read just across the street.

It had everything you need. I could check in very late and still reach it good by bus on a sunday evening. The staff was really nice. It even had a waterboiler.

It was a little bit could, but it had an awesome warm shower and under the blanket it was okay, so that was fine as well in the end.
