I think this hotel targets mostly people who have just arrived by ferry or have a ferry on the following day. For this type of travellers (including ourselves) it is a perfect choice because the hotel provides you with a dinner + breakfast so you don't have to worry about your meal when you have to wake up early or arrive late. There is also a big parking next to it and it has a direct entrance to the terminal for pedestrians to the ferry terminal. For those travelling by car, the entrance to the terminal is a 5 minutes drive from there. The hotel even has devices to proceed with your online check-in to the ferry.

- the room was rather basic, it gave a cold and unwelcoming impression - but ultimately, I understand it's not necessarily aimed at people who are planning a longer stay - very few options for vegans - it would be good to provide an electric kettle and mugs in the room so guests can make some tea

The location close to the station and the ferry terminal was excellent. Breakfast was OK. The room was calm and comfortable with adequate lighting.

Breakfast could have started half an hour earlier bearing in mind the ferry times. The small bowls for muesli were irritating (one had to take two bowls to get an adequate portion of muesli). The room was uncomfortably cold to start with. Better signage to the hotel from the station would have been appreciated.

Everything. The hotel is well-equipped, the staff is super nice, the food is great, healthy and diverse. They offer cake and coffee for free in the afternoon, dinner and a great breakfast. The location is specially good if you are taking the ferry in the port in the morning.

Nothing. It was all great. Maybe just that the parking is not free and have a cost of 12 euros.

Food was amazing. Breakfast had a massive spread of Danish cold cuts and herring, jams, cheeses, crackers/breads, crepes, as well as eggs and some meat, and finally yogurt with granola etc. Dinner was a little more sparse but very good.

Stay picked because of ideal location, close proximity to harbour (we arrived late and didn't want to travel far). Professional and friendly staff, excellent service, perfect communication. Loved the breakfast buffet (especially the coffee .)).

Everything’s fine. Especially the included breakfast, fica and evening dinner. We promise our next stay will be longer than just a single night!

Everything was good.

Dinner was very good and the bathroom was extremely clean. The building and the view to the port is also awesome. The hotel is very close to the ferries so it's a perfect location for those who take the ferry.

The hotel was a bit understaffed when we were there. 2 people had to do everything and the service was a bit slow. A big minus is also that there is no parking for the hotel and we had to park near in the city so packing all our stuff was a bit complicated.

Love the architecture and design of the hotel, as well as the location right by the Stena Line terminal. Ideal for foot passengers. Modern and beautiful room, good selection at the breakfast buffet. Staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

Only a roof window with blinds, so no view on the spectacular port. What a pity! Had no option of booking a bathtub. Price overall for the room was rather steep.
