Very helpful with several requests of mine - things that made my stay so much more smooth and efficient and solved logistics that allowed me to go for a good hike in the mountains.

it was soooo hot. couldn’t control the heat in the corridor or room as it was coming from the corridor. beds and pillows were very soft and breakfast was adequate.

The heating wasn’t on when we came into the hotel rooms, so we had to turn it on ourselves late at night when we figured out that it was still cold.

Nice and cleam room, we had nice dinner at an italian restaurant belomgs to the family, so we got free limonchelo...

Breakfast could be better, No cattle in the room, No a/c or fan...

We came to the hotel by foot during a hiking trip. The room was huge and the area is really quiet. Not a sound came to our room. Breakfast was excellent. They also had a cute dog that couldn't be less bothered by people walking around. Awesome!

This is not really a fault of the hotel but on a random Tuesday, there was only one place to eat that was open for dinner on a walking distance.

did not take breakfast but was surprised to find restaurant open - it has apparently been closed for a long time? menu not available online. TV channels included BBC and ITV

we both suffer from sleep apnoea so use CPAP machines at night but the room had no power sockets beside the bed. Booking . com says rooms include a kettle (no), socket near the bed (no), entire unit on ground floor (no - but there is a lift), views (No - not from ground floor)

Staff was really helpful and nice. I needed to leave my bike in their storage a couple of hours longer after the checkout and there was no problem. The hotel is placed very close to the river, Sierre and public transport.

Breakfast did not have any hot food. Bed in my room was making noise every time I moved (it was placed too close to the wall and the wooden frame was touching it all the time). The room was getting too hot very fast (although outside was not hot - between 12 and 21 degrees during my stay). Due to that I had a window open overnight - there is a church right outside so I had a wake up every hour starting 6 am due to the bells going off. Contrary to the description, the rooms do not have hairdryers - reception has a couple of them and you need to request it. In my case receptionist had to go to one of the other occupied rooms and take it.

Good for a one night stay.

Unfortunately my room smelled like somebody smoked in there before which I find very disturbing. Therefor I could only sleep with completely open window.
