Exceptionally clean and very accommodating staff. The receptionist provided us with different pillows for neck support which was really helpful. The breakfast was great, and the building itself is very well kept with staff seeming to be constantly busy maintaining it which was good to see.

It was very warm as there is no AC.

Everything was excellent from start to finish: very friendly staff through the hotel, very nice, spacious and well appointed room (if you can, get a junior suite with lake view), dinner at the restaurant was also very good (nice variety of choices and good wine list, nice views of the lake from almost all tables) and so was the breakfast (wide selection). Highly highly recommended!

Truly can’t think of anything

Staff is perfect everbody is kind and helpful. Easy checkin and check out. The bed is extra comfortable and the double sized bed is not 2 in 1. Really slept well. Breakfast 5 stars, with local cheese. Would like to return. The view from the hotel is breath taking.

There is no minibar in the room, if the weather is hot, nowhere to keep the drinks cold. the wifi could be better, watch netflix is not a good choice.

Booked this for my mom when she came to visit. The hotel and the staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. The views are amazing and the breakfast also. Will definitely be booking again - big thank you to Jaime for making my moms stay so great!

Wonderful hotel with fabulous views, great staff, excellent breakfast and restaurant. We visit Switzerland regularly and always have a stay at the Rebstock no matter what else we have planned

Nothing to not like

The room was large, comfortably furnished with a balcony and lovely view over the lake. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and breakfast too.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower over the very large bath.

Charming welcome and helpful lady at reception. She was very professional and kind. The room was lovely with a balcony and fabulous view over lake Bodensee. Very comfortable bed and super shower. Excellent and fast room service dinner. Safe free parking and free coffee, fruit and water available. A very well managed hotel.

People @ reception, breakfast and location were very wonderful! Lake view from balcony was wonderful and could stroll along the way of Bodensee. Everything was perfect except for cost :)

spacious rooms lovely view over the lake restaurant is excellent staff are friendly and multi lingual

the only downside is roads access to the west and north is limited by local 30mph restrictions access to Austria and autostrada is very convenient

Might sound ridiculous but the bathroom door was in transparent glass (aligned with the toilets) The breakfast was allright but far from "Superb" (limited choice, buffet wasn't being replenished too often) There are two 'ambiance' for the breakfast room : Veranda & cosy. I would urge you to choose the later !
