Somehow, I was offered a free upgrade to a suite. It had a living room, dining table, bedroom, separate bathroom and separate toilet. It had a door that could be opened to enter the balcony, which had tables and chairs. The view from he balcony was splendid with a sight of the steepled church at the city centre.

The wooden furniture looked dated - it was not high class antique wood stuff but probably cheap 1970s or 1980s. It was functional, so I cannot say it was a problem. There is a casino at one entrance door, so you are not sure you are at the right place.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was superb. The location was very convenient to the old town. The windows had triple glass with electric blinds

There was an annoying design flaw. The bathroom has a glass wall facing the bed so it wasn't possible to leave a light on in the bathroom at night for safety. On the other hand you either couldn't use your phone light or else you couldn't charge your phone at night - THERE WERE NO SOCKETS NEXT TO THE BED!

I stayed at the Radisson St Gallen with my son who participated in the Special Olympics. I had a very nice junior suite which made our stay very comfortable and a good place to relax and rewind. The breakfast was super good, we didn't have dinner so I can't give my opinion about that. The only thing that I regretted was that it wasn't clear to me that the drinks in the room were for free. It might be a good idea to put a note in the room so people are aware of that. The hotel is well positioned too, 5-10 minutes walk from the centre, very close to the Olma Messen. I would definitely suggest this hotel to other people.

One day my room had not been cleaned and since my son really needed a rest in the afternoon, the room wasn't cleaned later in the evening. But nothing really to worry about, it is the only remark I had.

The location was great and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. A very generous and diverse buffet, with many options, including a juicer (I made my own freshly squeezed juice on the spot). The staff was very helpful and the check in and check out process was very quick (which i always appreciate).

I found parking to be bit pricey, it should either be included in the price of the room or a discount provided for Raddison blue guests.

The safety deposit box was broken upon arrival and still 3 says later when we left. Multiple reminders from our side and promises to fix from the hotel's side didn't help solving the issue. The rooms need to be checked for issues prior to guests arriving.

Honestly for a hotel that size the gym could have been better equipped and larger. Also, it is unfortunate there is no real terrasse. There are only 2 sitting corners and a few tables to sit at. That would definitely add value to the hotel, especially at that rate.

The hotel was in a quiet location, around 15 min from the city center. There were many restaurants in the area. The parking spaces are filling up fast, but the price is good for the city. The bed was very comfortable, the TV had channels in different languages, the room had many amenities (e.g. coffee, tea, water kettle, ironing board) The staff was friendly and helpful. We managed to check in earlier then expected.

Because of the corona situation, the breakfast and restaurant had limited variety. However, the staff was kind enough to give us suggestions for good restaurants in the area. We had to ask for robes and slippers, as they were not available in the room.

Hotel iis located a 15 minutes walk from the main station. Room was nicely decorated, tea and coffee facilities provided. Bathroom with complimentary shampoo and soap. Restaurant is located on the ground floor, and offers good food and wine. Breakfast buffet from 6.30 a.m is also available in the same restaurant with a variety of food and drinks. Nearby there is a bus station.

A top quality room that was very comfortable. The whole hotel seemed in very good order & fair play to the Bar Man who was constantly trying to close up on a week night but kept serving some thirsty football fans well after his shift was finished.

convenient parking. under the hotel, we could park first then pay at reception for the whole stay duration, by using a permanent ticket breakfast was good, even if each of our 2 days something (eggs, bread) was finished and not replenished yet. the staff is busy making coffee as these are not self-serviced, thus it seems difficult for them to cater missing foods

the bed was a bit soft, for 2 persons sleeping you can really feel the other one moving. the guest rooms are really big, and with their original design for the bathroom separation which is a window, unfortunately switching the lights on in the bathroom directly shines on the sleepers. the hotel should think about dimmed setting for the lights, or moving the bed, etc. when we checked out, the reception staff requested a payment we had already done at check in. I had to tell her, then I had to repeat to her that she should check again, before she went to check in the file and found the payment was actually already done. I don't mind people making mistakes but she did not apologise at all and wished us a good day... I expected more from the 4 stars perspective
