Customer service was amazing and whilst this isn’t a new hotel it had all the things that really matter. A hot shower in just the right height / position, an excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds and a top value guest pass as well as being quiet yet in the center of Lenk. Top tip: if you contact the hotel in advance they can issue you an electronic guest pass which will save you $$ on local mountains buses and trains in the region - definitely worth it.

Friendly staff, quiet place, quiet room (there is no noisy annoying air conditioning etc.), nice view, beautiful garden, near bus stop, excellent Tv selection, excellent breakfast choice, comfy beds and sheets. Excellent location, comprehensive local amenities.

Shower curtain and bar of shower curtain in bathroom poor, rusty tap, sticky chair pillows on balcony. Plants in the breakfast room and lounge are not looked after. Skiroom and lounge are not very clean. Tv in bedroom is a bit small, some pictures were not hanging straight and faded. Corridors need a renovating.

My friends and I booked a room for 4 people (had 2 bedrooms and a big bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower and a bathtub) that was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was very nice, with a variety of options, and the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach, just a short walk (or even shorter bus ride) from the train station. Overall we were really happy with our stay!

Despite it being "not the newest" of buildings we were pleasantly surprised to find excellent service, a good breakfast, and a quiet, good sized room with a lovely view of the mountains. Comfortable bed and hot shower with a bath too! Free on-site parking with easy access to the ski store in the cellar. Bus stop for the ski bus directly outside the hotel.

For the price we paid, we wouldn't expect more in Lenk, Switzerland. So, there was nothing that we "didn't like". If one looks closely, one can see that the hotel, due to its age, may have seen some better days but we were not put off and will definitely be going back. It looks as though there are refurbishment works going on and so those things may soon be taken care of. Whilst we were there, we experienced absolutely no noisy refurbishment.

The manager was wonderfully welcoming and knowledgeably helpful. Room for four adults well appointed with separate bedrooms, two balconies, double showers and sinks. Loved the space after so many other small rooms on Via Alpina 1. Town and eating close by. Would recommend as long as you are okay with it not being updated. Great breakfast and very clean.

The staff was great and absolutely helpful. Accommodating all my needs. The tv system is great to entering the kids.

The staff/owner was really helpful and kind. After a long day skiing we were exhausted and just wanted to pick up some pizzas and he set us up with forks and plates and glasses. A bonus is that they speak excellent english.

Me myself really enjoyed the stay. The staff was very nice, the beds were super comfy, the view was great and the breakfast was all I would want.

However the hotel could use a reconstruction, one might mind the older furniture, but I found it quite charming. Also, according to my wife, the shower temperature was not hot enough.

The hotel lived up to its name. The view as tres belle indeed. We loved sitting on our balcony with the valley stretched out before us ending in spectacular snow-capped mountains.
