Staff struck the right balance between professionalism, friendliness, and warmth. The hotel decor is Elegant Mountain Lodge, which personally I liked very much. My room was decorated in Alpine/Scandinavian style, and since I chose a Mountain View, I had a splendid view of snow-clad hillsides and chalets.

Room seating is uncomfortable. Hotels really need to pay more attention to ergonomics, and not leave furniture choices to decorators who don’t habitually stay in hotels of this category, Chubut restaurant, supposedly Argentine, had no Argentine beef, and the cooks did not seem aware of basics of lamb chop and steak cutting and cooking, such as necessary cut thickness and “resting”. Instead they try to distract you with unusual butters and sauces.

The hotel is just amazing. Everything is available there from winter activities to the delicious food, and the amazing staff. Victor was also a very nice driver for the hotel shuttle. Overall I had a amazing experience and I would definitely book it again

The service was excellent and superb! The staff were very welcoming and professional in the reception and restaurant and spa. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was exceptional. The food is amazing and the breakfast too.

the hotel location is everything ! near the nicest slopes and downtown shopping area . the ski shop had almost everything you need , staff were helpful too . the hotel restaurants are good too . they have the fastest room service ever ! food ready in the room in less than 10 minutes ! hotel reception and concierge are always ready to help !

i had problems sleeping well , because of the mattress ! we had the king size bed. my kids in the twin beds had no complains at all .

Separate sauna areas for men and women, I prefer to go to the sauna together with my wife not sitting in two different rooms

The breakfast was maybe the only remark during our stay. Good standard but not exceptional. Not enough choices. Example, not any soia or coconut yogurts. Maybe more local genuine products.

The stuff in this hotel is the best thing about it - we rarely experience such friendliness and profesionalism. We will never forget these nice people who made our stay in this super nice and cosy but luxurious hotel to feel like we are at home.
