The staff was very friendly! Even with very late check-in, it was very easy! Room and hotel overall was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was a great "base camp" for our travels in the area. Breakfast was also wonderful!

Since it is a pet-friendly hotel, I wish there was an area where pet-owners can eat their breakfast with their pet. One family we saw sat at the very last table by the entrance so they can technically have their pet outside of the breakfast area. Since that was taken, we had to sit in the lobby by the bar where the chairs and tables were low so eating wasn't as comfortable.

I am really delighted, it was my first time and I will definitely stay again since I often travel to that part of Switzerland. The staff is very friendly and what is most important, we were quite late and the staff welcomed us after midnight, they try to answer our every question. The breakfast is excellent and it should be noted that it is free. Free parking - very easy to exit in any direction you travel (Zurich, Bern, Basel).

Maybe if you put a small fridge in the room, that would be the best - that's a suggestion, not a criticism 😄

A great hotel in a perfect location for a one-star vacation in Switzerland. We had only five days and we wanted to visit the central and northern areas of the country - the hotel's location was perfect for that purpose - up to one hour drive to Zurich, Basel, Lucerne, Bern, etc. The hotel is modernly designed and very quiet, with a good breakfast, free parking, and nice staff.

Quality price this place is exceptional. We were here twice in 2 weeks as a stop between two destinations. Both of the times Victoria did our booking, she was very friendly and professional. Although they were really understaffed, all the employees did a great job from the front desk, through the breakfast to the housekeeping. Thanks to all of you! It's not a place to stay for long because there's nothing around, but to rest it's perfect. Clean, 24/7, comfortable and effective.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with friendly staff. Despite the language barrier, they could still communicate and attend to our needs. Good breakfast service. Its location is a stone throw away from the shopping mall.It was a home away from home experience.

Non that I can think of

Perfect hotel for in-between; clean, nice family room and near the freeway. We have a daughter with celiac and they registered her needs and supplied breakfast accordingly. Nextdoor is a shopping mall, which has everything. But even on sunday the necessities were supplied at the hotel. Overall, nice people and a very nice stay, will return!

We arrived late, around midnight, but we received a very friedly welcome and even the hotel bar was still open. Staff was kind and helpful (special thanks to Jules). The room was clean and quiet. Neat guests, no busloads...

Perhaps I was too tired already, but it was difficult to find the parking lot entrance.

The staff was very polite & helpful, breakfast was ample. The rooms were spacious and quite.

We missed having a small refrigerator & a locker/safe in our rooms which for us is important while we pay quite a lot for the room.

The breakfast was amazing, has everything we needed. Also the breakfast staff was very nice. I would like to recognize the gentleman at the front desk. At check in he was very nice and warming to us. We as glade he made us feel right at home.

I like everything. There was nothing not to like about this place. We will be stoping by here again. Also we will recommend this property to others.

The hotel is brand new, right next door to the Perry centre, which is a shopping mall. which has plenty of outlets to shop and eat at. It’s out of town so parking isn’t a problem and is free. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with iron and ironing board. It was an ideal one night stopover on our way to Italy. Breakfast was fairly standard continental offering but pleasant enough.

Although the hotel had a bar, this was not open.
