there were constant loud conversations by groups of people outside directly under the room. we asked them to be considerate and they laughed and continued until 2:30 am on a Wednesday. then more came at 5-6 and the guffawing and loud posturing behavior continued right where we were. not ok by any means tell people to respect the fact that it’s actually a hotel where people come to sleep

We stayed twice in a one week period. Our first visit we arrived at 8pm and went for dinner at 8.30pm to fine the salad bar cleared and told no we could not eat. Then they actually did serve us a meal but refused us desert!

Restaurant staff not remotely caring about customers

We were traveling to Italy and used this facility as a one-night stay. We were too tired to observe the place, but we had a good night sleep 😊

We had a dark room with a small window. I suppose it wouldn't have been a lovely space to spend a holiday, but for one night was enough.

Espresso coffee machine

Price was reasonable, although you have to pay for overnight carpark, which I found a bit naughty since you can only access the hotel with a car. I think it would be farer if the park charge was included in the advertised price.

Almost everything: the room was great, including the double beds.

The time consuming and far too elaborate proceedings at reception. Despite the friendly and efficient service, the dish we chose in the restaurant was not only expensive but also most disappointing. The charges for breakfast and parking increased the amount on our final invoice quite considerably.

our second stay,when checking out, we just wonder why the price was different than what was shown on our booking summary. Obviously the staff is aware of the reason. Instead of explaining politely, he seemed annoyed and stood there waiting with attitude while our screen was uploading. We showed him the summary, so he said to us ‘I don’t care’. We have no problem paying extra for the parking though.

Clean, easy to find. Close to the highway. Supermarket Aldi, subway nearby. Friendly staff.

Expensive parking, expensive breakfast. Shower gel and soap's perfume choice was bad. We had to go out and buy our own.

Excellent location (close to the highway, but surrounded by greenery), V.good food with very nice panoramic terrace with huge children playground. Clean room. Big parking. Excellent breakfast, including top Italian coffee. Perfect for one night stop in the way to Italy!

Climatisation little noisy.

Hotel is near to the highway with good signs directing to the hotel. Room is comfortable and area around the hotel provides a great opportunity for a short walk to enjoy the view over the valley. Great breakfast with selection of cold and warm dishes and on demand omelets.

Good dairy free breakfast: eggs and salmon

The restaurant doesn't have plain food (like chicken) for people with many food intolerances, for dinner.
