Nice facilities and helpful, friendly staff. They don't just point and say "It's over there", they walk you to where you need to go.

Rooms behind the main hotel have basic furniture ... plastic chairs or pieces of blank wood bedside tables. Also they don't leave the back door open, so you always need to enter the hotel from the front entrance. Not so good when you are wet after a wellness session. Restaurants are expensive can be $100 for 2 people.

We had a problem with entering the room after our late arrival, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, the owner of the property gave us another room in the main area of the hotel. It was one of the best stays, given that after nice hike you could enter the wellness area and enjoy the evening there. Everything was very clean and quiet, I would definitely return here!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property. The location was perfect, offering convenience and easy access to nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout the stay. The village is peaceful and lovely. Unfortunately we did not stay there long enough. The hotel gives you a homely feel, they featured a top notch Turkish restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was nice too

It was a bit of a mountainous drive to get to the place if coming from Zurich

The location was beautiful. We walked to the bus station. It was in a small town, but grocery was close by. The pool and sauna were wonderful. We loved the big yard to relax in. The size of the rooms was excellent in comparsion to other hotels we have stayed in. We also really liked having our own large balcony.

Nice place. We had a great time in the hotel. Unfortunately, It was too short.

One of the beds. It has very taught connectors that we could feel during the night. And would be great to have ability to make a tea in the room and enjoy it on the terrace.

Friendly staff, basic, clean, very comfortable. We were there for the Irish openair Festival and the hotel provided us with free bus tickets to get there, 20 mins away. Super Thai Restaurant attached to the hotel. Loved our stay

Location was good. The room and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The restaurant and the bar was nice. Staff was friendly.

We had breakfast included but the staff told us we had to pay extra. The TV did not work.

Great location and wellness facilities

The building where the family rooms are situated is a bit noisy, we could here other families walking/running and kids playing as most of the building floors seems to be made of wood.

The staff are very nice. The room is included with spa and swimming pool, it was great. The room was very clean, it is too important for us.

The guest Haus has not elevator and we must carry our baby Kinderwagen to the third floor.
