"Peaceful rooms, impeccably clean. We stayed in a recently renovated room with courteous staff and enjoyed a fantastic breakfast. The indoor swimming pool was a nice touch, although I would have preferred the water a tad warmer. There's also a small playground for babies. However, the elevator lacks a protective door during operation, and the beds are not the longest; they might be too short for individuals over 1.90m. Additionally, there are no blinds on the large windows, only curtains, and no refrigerator in the room. Access to skiing requires a car or bus. Overall, everything was satisfactory, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

Fantastic room design, perfect for sleeping and working/enjoying the stay. Great breakfast buffet and dinner options. There were not too many people at the time which meant there was not too much competition for space in the sauna. Pool was a great temperature with a lovely view. The surrounding area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a hike.

The shower door of the one particular room did not fully seal when closed, so leaked significant water. The reception was notified, so hopefully it's been addressed in the meantime!

Location, peaceful and quiet atmosphere, mountain view - stunning. Really nice breakfast buffet, local products from the valley, the milk tastes like milk, eggs are super fresh and the cheeses are full of taste. Jams and pastries 🥐 fantastic. the welness area is worth paying a visit. It’s very clean, the whirlpool gives you an option for a little swim (very refreshing in the morning), saunas and lounge area are really nice too! Apart from that a great selection of tea 🫖 available in the fitness room and a healthy snack (almons yum)

The fact we only spent one night here. Will be back.

Excellent selection at breakfast, including a possibility of ordering scrambled or fried eggs; very nice spa area with a sauna and a pool; friendly and helpful staff; two restaurants at the venue with very good food; great atmosphere in the hotel - apparently it's a local meetup place on the weekends; all at a very reasonable price (note that you may need to book 3+ nights to benefit from better rates)

Not much to mention - an ice bath in the spa area would be an excellent addition :-)

The trip up to Wildhaus is scenic with mini waterfalls and a raging river at every turn. The views are amazing. The Hotel is very nice and the staff are helpful and very friendly.

There was a wedding the second night we were there and most guests stayed opposite our room. They were really loud. One fell on the ramp next to my door and the crash was loud enough for ghosts to hear 😆. That must have hurt. They were very drunk and wild and kept screaming in the hallway until 3 am when I decided to get up and went to the door (that's before the guy came crashing down). The next morning, he even left his suit jacket on the floor in the hallway. Must have been some wild party. While it's not the hotel's fault, I didn't get to sleep so it was a tiring day and ride home. Dear other guests, it's not only you that stays on hotels, there are others. Please be considerate. Thank you.

The staffs are very friendly and room was clean.

We planned to enjoy spa but the water temperature was not hot enough.. 32-33degree. In winter time I hope they change the temperature . Additionally even 4 stars they do not have small fridge, Electric pot(no coffee or tea) and safety box. Sustainability is very important but i hope hotel will consider some point too.

Amazing place. Close to Wildhaus ski resort - breakfast cheese table is a must try and they have very nice discounts for ski in Wildhaus I recommend it 100%

Spa is very nice - however, unfortunately we had to deal with very loud children. This we didn’t enjoy it to the fullest - I would recommend adult only area

Very nice renovated room, perfect breakfast, very nice staff, and the Thai restaurant was authentic and delicious!

Unfortunately the room was full of mosquitoes, and marks from smashed ones. It would be great if the hotel installs nets on the windows or at least offer the guests spray or device against them.

Very good breakfast. A lot to choose from. Great cheese selection. Very good coffee. Nice wellness. Beautiful views from the hotel. Friendly and willing hotel personal.

There was not really anything to dislike.

Stunning room and super comfy bed. Beautiful views. Amazing food. We are in the Thai restaurant for dinner and it was absolutely superb. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed for longer.
