We liked our stay right from the beginning: The hotel is wonderful, ideally located not far away from the train station (there‘s even a very convenient hotel shuttle service!) and we had a wonderful room. The staff was great; all very nice and friendly, welcoming and absolutely helpful - at the reception (we got an immediate tour of the accomodation), the restaurant (breakfast & dinner), the shuttle driver, the ladies at the wellness center... Nothing else to wish for ☺️…

Nothing (unfortunately, there are always only some other guests that cannot behave properly - throwing trash into the beautiful nature etc.)…

The staff who worked during the breakfast period were excellent. They were always very cheerful and were happy to always provide great service with a smile. Similarly I would also like to thank the chaps driving the shuttle to and from Médran. They were also excellent.

Nothing just did not dislike, I would say it would be great if all the staff were as positive and helpful as those in the kitchen and who’s providing the shuttle service.

Very good facilities and great spa. The room was tiny but well decorated and comfortable. The location is convenient and the shuttle makes it very easy to reach any lift in a few minutes.

The temperature in the room was extremely high and it was not possible to adjust it

We loved the resort and would return, plenty of runs and choice of runs , good food on the mountain too

Heating in our hotel room was a little hot and couldn’t be turned down we opened the window all was fine then apart from one night woken by people on the street

the place is really beautiful, the accommodation extremely comfortable , the decoration and the smells are gorgeous , the employees are helpful and extremely friendly. the restaurant is great too with very refined cooking. simply put , you get a palace standard for a 4 star price. just incredible

The service was outstanding here. They helped with ski passes and the on-site ski rental and drop-off linked with Mountain Air was convenient. I loved the breakfast, esp the smoked salmon, cucumbers, juicing corner and crispy bacon (costs extra). The indoor pool and hot tub are excellent. The robes and in-room slippers were great. The ski shuttle drivers were helpful and the service mad the to/fro between hotel and Medran gondola quite convenient. The hotel location was close to the Coop grocery store, boutiques and restaurants. The vibe is contemporary yet cozy and relaxing. The room was quiet and the lobby had a peaceful feel. I wanted to extend my stay but it was fully booked.

The room was spacious but the toilet area was constrained.

Dinner menu very limited, quite heavenly and loads of sauce. There is not enough healthy and light options as salads. Room cleaning took too long

An unforgettable stay. The room far exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was just perfect. The spa was ideal. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Also, very good value for money.

Loooved the calm atmosphere here and the interior designs and scent throughout. Everyone was kind at the hotel and we loved our stay here. I loved that there was a big pillow menu of many options too.
