Excellent service, super friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and breakfast room, with playroom beside. Easy check-in/check-out, great that they allow you to enjoy the thermal baths after checking out. Well designed to easily reach the swimming pools and the rest of the areas. Super comfortable electronic watches to access the areas and to leave your stuff safe in the lockers.

Nothing bad to say of the hotel itself. Just watch your stuff at the thermal baths areas, as three of the four swimming pools are open to the public. If possible always use the lockers, as we left our three bathrobes outside the showers, and we only found two of them when we went out.

We came to the hotel for a combined hiking and spa break. Hotel provides excellent opportunities for hiking in Jura due to the good public transport connections. Very convenient car park. Customer-facing staff speaks perfect English and is always ready to help. We asked for and got a quiet room, facing the park. Not a great view, but really no noise, day and night. Very good soundproofing as well. Room was OK, fitting the description. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. We haven't used the restaurant, but bar menu provided a good and reasonably priced opportunity for a dinner. Free spa access (reasonable surcharge for a sauna area) was naturally one of the reasons to come here.

Hotel is in need for renovation. Nothing catastrophic, but this does not correspond to the level of the property. Spa area is certainly not at the top of our list for Swiss spas. A little bit chaotic and overcrowded even in October. A special pool for the hotel guests could be a benefit if not being occupied all afternoons by a swimming school. Very strange concept of "a coffee machine in the room". The machine was indeed there, but we got only two capsules for two people for 5 nights, because "this is only for a day of your arrival". Does it make sense to advertise such a "facility"? To the credit of the hotel, we got another two capsules on request :).

Beautiful old-style hotel with big nicely-furnished rooms, very comfy beds, spacious bathroom. The free parking was much appreciated. We did not try the restaurant, but it looked very elegant. Breakfast was bountiful, both cold and warm choices, several types of bread and pastry. And obviously, last but not least, the fantastic thermal water pools (at the Centre Thermal) which can be accessed directly from the hotel through a corridor and are included in the room price during the whole stay. We had a great time and will definitely be back again.

A nice hotel for a weekend away. Good location, close enough to the centre but quiet and relaxing. The hotel has its own swimming pool + access to centre thermal. Really good breakfast buffet. Very nice ambient in the bar and restaurant.

Swimming pool is relatively small and swimming classes for kids in the afternoon. Other than that nothing comes to my mind. Staff is very helpful and bedrooms are well equipped.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly! However I was disappointed with the room service. No clean towels, nor bathrobe. Everything was left lying in the bathroom without exchange. However I got a second bedcover as I felt cold the first night and I slept well after that. Loved the CT though rather crowded on Saturday. All in all My friend and I enjoyed our weekend at the Grand Hotel very much!

a meager breakfast without vegetables at all, which is necessarily included in the price of the room. At dinner in the restaurant there was a very angry waitress, elderly, who did not speak a word of English, behaved rudely and served disgustingly.

facilities at the hotel are spectacular, the thermal baths and outside pools very good, sadly did not have time to enjoy! Buffet breakfast amazing. Bar on terrace in the evening very nice and welcoming

The room was hot - no air con... but I suppose you can tolerate it given the facilities. The decor and faciliteis are also dated but again I would not down rate, these days digital tools travel with us, the WiFi connect was good enough for me to connect all my devices

Nice rooftop spa with big windows and outside seating and jacuzzi area. Outside eating area in the restaurant (terrasse). Lovely building. Located in park so view of greenery from room even though the hotel is in the town.

Further from the lake than I thought. A 30 minute walk.

Clean room and facilities. Old, but looked after building Beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice and food is delicious. The spa is great

Could do with proper air conditioning in the room as ours didn't have one. I'm not sure if other rooms have any.

Maybe the building and the rooms are not super modern, but definitely it has an atmosphere. Our room and the bed were comfy, and we really like the pools. Everything was very clean.

Some renovations would be neccessary soon. Otherwise, everything was great.
