We were en route from Portugal to Austria and the hotel was an ideal stopping off place. Everything was so simple and easy. Nice room, good staff, absolutely fit for purpose. If we had not be rushing through we could easily have spent a second night. The Italian restaurant in the complex was very good, and even the Mc Donald’s looked nicely set up and inviting, anything but a fast food franchise (with the negatives than can imply). We slept well, felt good about the security of the parking. Great stay!

All was good. I was surprised other reviewers gave the breakfast a bit of a hammering, but for us it was fine. And we can be picky, ha ha!

Was a nice comfortable room well designed to create additional space. Breakfast was generally good, with good view from dining room. Location very good with shopping and restaurants in same complex. Beds were very comfortable and me and my wife had a good sleep.

Scrambled eggs served in breakfast were cold, however I used microwave located just outside the dining to warm up my breakfast plate.

Solid and good value-for-money place to stay on a business trip. Not fancy but you get what you pay for. In comparison to other highway stops a good choice, would pick the place anytime again on a business trip

The rooms are a bit dated need an update. its clean but the towels are old and should be exchanged for new ones.

Everything went very well. Great service from friendly staff and the front office was excellent in fulfilling all my requests. Had an awesome experience with my family in the hotel campus.

A kettle in our room for tea and coffee would have been better

This is my favourite service station if I'm down Geneva way (I'm from Zürich area). Really nice views, you aren't disturbed by the motorway, there are plenty of options for food and drink, and I can plug in my e-vehicle. Everything I need is here.

If I was staying any longer, or if there were 2 people staying, the room was on the small side, with little space to unpack.

Nice room, good and sufficient breakfast. Possibility to have dinner in various shops below the hotel. Velos can be locked in a separate room. If you arrive by velo, there is only a small path to the hotel as it is directly on the motorway. The receptionist has been outstanding helpful to guide us to the hotel.

The room, the convenience, the fitness room and having dining facilities/shops downstairs, as the B&B is right at the Autogrill station

Some of the machines in the fitness room were damaged or not working. There were exercising guides on the wall, but some machines or accessories to perform them were missing. There was a nice bar area on our floor, unfortunately unattended.

The design of the rooms is special and we liked it. We both slept very well! Breakfast was fine except many guests wasted a lot of food.

Could not connect to WiFi in spite of 'help' from staff.

When one is travelling for work, it's always incredibly relaxing to be welcomed by great staff and here with Monsieur Etienne it was just smooth, fast and friendly. Before I knew it, I could already enjoy the soft bed and pillows and start refilling my batteries before my early morning start. Thank you very much.

Clean room

Internet password is sent by SMS; A Canadian does not have access to SMS; I had no access to internet. The staff was not willing to provide the internet password using other method than SMS.
