Good location close to trams and buses, clean room with every day serviced, adequate sized room for one or two people, comfortable double bed, a window you could open, a fan in room during very hot weather, a lift to reach other floors, good shower room en suite. Very good breakfast in a large restaurant room on the ground floor.

For a longer stay of more than a few nights, the room, although adequate in size, is not large enough for resting in during the daytime. There is no facility in the room to make tea or coffee but, to be fair, these facilities exist in the reception area, but for Zürich and the price of the room I cannot complain too much.

Small and friendly hotel in a great location in a residential area of Zürich. Tram stop 50 metres away with a choice of 2 trams to the city centre. Easy to reach the railway station, old town, and the lake. Quiet room, well equipped, with a comfy bed and modern shower room. Very good breakfast buffet (= good selection and well stocked). Choice of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is a lift, and a beautiful courtyard garden!! No aircon, but a fan was provided in my room. I would definitely stay here again!

No step-free access to the entrances (if there is, then I just didn't spot it, sorry!).

A great location places to eat as well as the restaurant in the hotel. The trams are a 1minute walk away.easy to get to any location in the city. 15 minutes to the main railway station another 15 minutes to the airport from there. I recommend buying the Zurich pass online covers trains trams and. Buses it costs 27 francs for one Day or 53francs for three days. Only for second class travel on trains.

Watch out for the cyclists they wizz by.never sounding a bell or anything had to Dodge a few.

The receptionist lady (with a child) was very nice and helped us to check in early in the morning instead of having us waiting until afternoon. Other staff are all very nice and helpful. We could unpack and shower after a long International flight. The breakfast was fantastic and totally worth the money. It was 10 minutes from the Bahnhof by bus or tram right in front of the hotel.

I love the location, it was easy to find and also the hotel is only 1 minute walking distance to tram station that can bring you to all over Zurich. I love that the hotel provided us with coffee machine, water heater and croissant in the receptionist. The hotel also have elevator.

The place for shower is too small even for asian people like me (height 163 cm). More space will be very good. Other than that this hotel was perfect. I will stay again if I am going to Zurich.

- It was quite close to the city center, you could either take a short bus trip or walk 20-25 minutes there. - Breakfast was great, there were so many delicious choices. They had good tea and beverage selection. Everything was delicious and of good quality. - The staff was helpful and polite. - The room was extremely clean and spacious. - They even let us use the patio of the restaurant below in the evening.

We were extremely pleased with our stay there, they delivered everything they promised, so we didn't have anything to complain about.

The staff was really friendly, the WiFi was ok.. it was a 30 minute walk from the station, but a handful of public transportation nearby. We were able to leave our bags at reception on our day of checkout and able to pick them up later. The breakfast was good - nice selection of bread/croissants, cereal, an egg cooking station coffee served from a nice machine, the waitstaff brought a bowl of water for our dog and were very happy giving him attention.

The TV was quite small.. we didn't use it though.

Absolutely stunning personel. Very helpful and polite. We have been served with a lunch even when kitchen was about to close. They made an exception for us. Service during a breakfast was really amazing. People working there are so friendly, kind and they are just spreading positive energy. Monica - kudos for you for very nice talks! You really feel a friendly and a "family" atmosphere in here. Furthermore, we have been upgraded with a better room without an ask! Room was very clean, spacious, quiet, with a nice view. And on the top of that, there is a small parking available for guest free of charge. I can talk only with superlatives about this hotel. I highly recommend this place and I will be staying here each time I am in Zurich!

We've been to Zurich, Lucerne, Lauterbrunnen, Wengen, Iseltwald & Geneva and so far this is our favorite hotel. Lots of things we love about it. 1. We got early check in. We arrived at 10 to 11am and just about to drop off our luggages, but then they said our room is ready so that was so nice. 2. We got a room upgrade. We just booked for an average size room but they upgraded us to their most spacious room and yeah it was really spacious compared to the other hotels we booked in Switzerland. 3. The views in our room are all so good. We have 3 windows in our room and all with beautiful views of Zurich 4. VERY NICE BREAKFAST! Among all the hotels we stayed in Switzerland, our favorite was this hotel and the one in Lauterbrunnen. 5. Both hotel & restaurant staff are all nice and accommodating 6. VERY ACCESSIBLE! It's near Goldbrunnenplatz station. Just 2 mins walk, you can literally see the station from your hotel room. Very accessible if you are going to famous tourist spots in Zurich.

Everything is good, we are very happy, the only downside was that the bathroom has a bit of a smell. It is really clean though, but there's a bit of a bad smell probably with the plumbing we cannot really tell what. Overall we are really happy everything was so clean. It was a nice and comfortable stay. We'd love to stay here again when we go back to Zurich. Kudos to this hotel, we hope you'll have a lot more of customers in the future.

I had the perfect stay. The rooms were simple but comfy and clean. Every day I had somewhere relaxing and quiet to come back to. The breakfast in the restaurant was really varied and fresh, I looked forward to my coffee each morning! And finally, the water pressure in the shower was so good I actually had to turn it down haha I've recommended to the people I visited in Zurich that if other friends of theirs come to visit, this hotel would be perfect for them.

The pillows were a little bit lumpy and flat but not too bad.
